I am one of those dinosaurs using a very old computer, which thus means that I cannot run a new printer with it. Therefore, when I encountered a problem with the manual feed on my LaserJet I thought I might have to buy another recon online. However, thankfully Copylink came to the rescue and were able to fix the problem for me at half the cost of a replacement. Needless to say, I am delighted with the service provided by Copylink, and Alex in particular. With so few printer repairers around, thank goodness for businesses such as this to help save the environment and carry out repairs to machines that are otherwise working fine. Thank you Copylink.

We had a new printer/copier delivered to Edeal and the Chamber of Commerce today. The service was excellent from start to finish. We were kept informed of the delivery and installation process and Alex was very helpful when the printer arrived. He ensured that we were made aware of the new printer functions and how to use it. When our large format plotter stopped printing we thought this would need to be replaced (at great expense) but following a quick call to Copylink they sent an engineer to diagnose the problem, order a replacement part and return to fit it.<br>Thanks to Copylink's excellent service the problem has been solved and we are back up and running

For some years now we have used Copylink not just for our printer/photo-copying needs but also for our stationery/office furniture needs. Copylink are our first port of call for any administration needs and the service they provide ranges from very good to exceptional.<br>The printer/copier engineers also provide us with a first class service - nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are always prepared to go the extra mile. I wanted to write this testimonial in recognition of your ongoing excellent customer service. I approached Helen at Copylink regarding replacing broken office accessories. I needed a new Shredder and Printer. The range of items on offer are wide, and all have their own features. It can be as confusing choosing the right one as it is choosing the right holiday.<br>Helen was very prompt in replying to my initial enquiry, but even better, her knowledge in recommendations was a relief, I gave a brief description of what I needed, and how much I wanted to spend, and the right items were offered.<br>Invoice sent and paid and the very next day my new items were personally delivered by Copylink, which is a much better service than any delivery company, as I knew it would be delivered within my working hours, so no stress of having to rearrange a missed parcel.
