The optician was young but very experienced and put me completely at ease he took his time to examine my eyes with his up to the minute eye testing machines I was most impressed he did not hurry the procedure at all and I was with him a full hour to get the right prescription for my eyes I certainly would recommend this opticians you get personal service throughout felt very confident with the diagnosis to try them first you will be surprised how an experienced optician operates there is no hurry to get you out the door for the next patient

From the second I walked in the service was excellent. Front of house and the Optician were helpful, courteous and professional. They listened to concerns and ensured these had been addressed before I left. ‘Should have gone to’ Botts much sooner and will be returning.

Had a fantastic and extremely thorough eye test at Botts. Left feeling totally satisfied in the knowledge that my eyes were perfectly healthy. Didn't need a change of prescription this time but hope to return soon for new frames. Have recommended Botts to my son.

Great service in Bott's Opticians. Went in to the store because I had a little pain in one of my eyes, which I believed was something in the eye or a scratch. After the Opticians observed my eye they found it was few scratches (abrasion) of the eye.<br><br>Optician adviced me to take some drops to help my scratched eye. Few days later my eye is much better. Fantastic service better than the usual hight-street opticians. Would highly recommend visiting this opticians.

I was disillusioned with having to use the big brands in shops to have my eye test so decided to try Botts.A family friendly run opticians in Eastbourne.I can only say I would recommend them whole heartedly.I had a very positive experience from both Adam and Aaron and shall definitely return for a more personalised service than what's been experienced before.Thank you.

Another excellent conclusion to buying new glasses. Professional and friendly staff, from the eye exam to the unhurried help with selecting some " non old lady" style frames! Highly recommend Botts as a more bespoke service than the chain stores.

The service I received was excellent, especially as I was arranging my first appointment for an eye problem. The telephone reception was very helpful and offered a same day appointment, which unfortunately I could not make. 30mins later the optician Arron Tun called back and urged me to go to an eye A&E immediately, which I did. I thought this level of service was excellent for someone, who had not even had an appointment with them.
