Amazing result today where my son was told that he no longer has a lazy eye. Botts have been very thorough and helpful for the last 18 months going through this process.<br><br>What was really nice is that they were all just as excited with the results.<br><br>Upon every visit we were always greeted by a big friendly smile.<br><br>They seem to genuinely care<br><br>Easily the best opticians in Eastbourne !

Faultless customer service.<br>From start to finish, the service from all of the team was amazing. They were all so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.<br>Aaron was so attentive and thorough and gave a completely bespoke service/ action plan.<br>I’ve had multiple previous visits to chain opticians and have never left with the right prescription but at Botts, Arron instantly educated me on why that was and explained the process on how we will get to the best prescription.<br>Now I FINALLY have an accurate prescription and understanding of my vision. Would recommend to everybody!!

Buying my glasses from Bott’s was the best purchase I’ve made in years! I used to buy from the High St opticians, but thought I’d invest more in my glasses this year as I wear them all the time, so felt it would be worth it. The service was fantastic and the quality of my Cutler & Gross frames is superb. I have had so many compliments from people (including strangers) about my glasses, which always gives me a lift!<br><br>I highly recommend this business.

Adam was really helpful. My frame was broken and discontinued at VE. He suggested ordering online and return when they arrive in the post. Just took the new frame to the store and he exchanged the lens’ as he said he would. 👍

I've been a Botts customer for a few years now after less than average service by some of the leading high street opticians and I can't recommend them enough! Their level of customer service and care is outstanding, and you feel that you're being well looked after at all times. I've had some eye surgery this year and whenever I've had a question Botts have been able to put my mind at ease. A big thank you to Adam, Arron and the team!

As per recommendation from a family member, I visited Bott’s today to see if they could help fix my sunglasses. They did indeed and kindly did this complimentary. The opticians is beautifully presented with a welcoming feel. I will be returning for my next optical appointment and would recommend to others.

After choosing frames, Botts got in touch to let me know my glasses were in store. I called and went in to have a fitting. Very helpful young lady.<br>Happy with my new glasses, the varifocal lenses are far superior to one's I have tried from other optitions.<br>Give Botts Optitions a try.

My first ever visits to Botts. An issue arose that was no fault of Botts and they were able to resolve it so that I got the glasses I wanted. Friendly service too.<br>I’d always choose an independent Opticians like them over the big chains. Recommended.
