Trevor gave me a very thorough eye examination and clearly enjoys his job. Sam was very patient when helping me to decide which frames to choose. He obviously enjoys what he does too. I didn't get the names of their colleagues but all staff were friendly and professional making a lovely atmosphere in Eastbourne Barracloughs.<br>Many thanks to all.

Trevor was extremely patient and explained everything. It was a caring experience not like I have had with other opticians where I felt rushed. Sam was also very helpful in selecting frames which fit my face much better than my existing ones. I am excited about getting my new glasses but obviously I cannot completely say how pleased I am until I receive them!

What a brilliant customer service!!!! I popped in to their store to ask for advice with my sunglasses which got loose and were sliding off my face. The lady took them and immediately knew what to do. My beloved shades stays on my nose without slipping off!!! Also she didn't charge me for that! What a star! ✨✨✨

This was my first appointment at Barracloughs, Eastbourne.<br><br>It was an excellent experience with a highly professional, friendly and supportive level of customer service provided by both Trevor and Sam, in a calm and pleasingly tranquil environment. The receptionist was also welcoming and efficient.<br><br>The choice of frames was impressive, as was the clarity of the payments involved - and booking the follow-up appointment.<br><br>Thank you Barracloughs!

The lady who dealt with the ordering of my glasses was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to ( I think her name is Claire). Victoria, as always, is very pleasant and helpful - a great ambassador for the business. Mr Patel is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

After being a bit apprehensive at a visit during these Virus afflicted times, I felt totally comfortable with the environment and the measures taken to practice safely. Thank you! Antoinette was lovely - so professional and clear during discussions and explained everything really well. Victoria was her usual bright and cheery self too - in summary a total 10 out of ten all round!!

Trevor was excellent. He was thorough and took time to explain what he was doing and his findings. Gwyllym was great helping to choose the right frame. It was good to have the different types of varifocal lenses explained that would be beneficial to me.
