Four of us had a great meal there last night incl. dolmades, kefalotyri, kleftiko, moussaka, kataifi - all delicious. To accompanied it we had Retsina white wine. Retsina can be a very variable beast but they stocked the best brand, Kourtaki, and it was excellent. Our gathering was actually for my birthday and once the owners got wind of this they gave us extra portions, a small Greek cake with a candle on top and played a birthday song on the sound system just at the right time! Believe it or not we were here several years ago for another birthday and got the same treatment!!<br><br>The same very friendly family has been running this restaurant for decades and it has a great family / casual atmosphere. We're not regulars and yet got special treatment because the meal happened to be a celebration. How many restaurants would do that? And on top of that the food was excellent. Therefore we are only too pleased to HIGHLY RECOMMENDED it!

We visited family in Eastbourne during airshow weekend and they booked us all in here. There were delays, it being the busiest weekend of the year but the staff were pleasant and there was a nice "family" atmosphere.<br>All in all a good evening with good food in a comfortable environment.

Pasquale, Louise, Sergio and Caterina were amazed by the cozy and warm atmosphere and the delicious food. We met the Old greek Mama that is still preparing all the wonderful treats since the seventies. A great family business. A must go place if you visit Eastobourne. Full marks from an Italian/australian Group of food lovers!
