Wife and I had a lovely meal, great service and polite and friendly staff and the icing on the cake is it has been refurbished and is Now nice and clean and bright, will be there very soon for some more munch

Popped in today while my tyre was being fixed. I had three dogs with me and we couldn't have felt more welcome. Lovely dog friendly pub, unlike the Lions Pier who don't allow dogs! Guess who'll be getting my custom from now on!

Can I just say one of the most welcoming pub's we have been in. The staff are so friendly, nothing was to much trouble. There's just one thing to say about the food. .......Fantastic 10/10. Highly recommend

Buzzy atmosphere, well kept beer even if it is Greene King :( The only place all night I wasn't the youngest person in a room by 20 years or so. (I'm 53)
