Lived here for 20 yrs and have loved every Airbourne. Always fantastic displays and aircraft. Lucky to have it for free on our door step. Keep doing what you're doing. ✈️

I visited the air show on Thursday, no flying unfortunately due to the weather. All events laid on by armed forces great. However, DO NOT buy ice cream from the vans as they are not displaying price lists and I was charged £9.50 for 2 single Mr Whippys, a zap & a lemonade ice lolly. I felt totally ripped off and when I questioned the price the girl who served me said that it was a free event therefore they could charge what they like! I wonder what trading standards would have to say about this.
Donations as usual are voluntary and placed into buckets NOT by charging excessive amounts for an ice cream!
I hope someone from the council addresses this as it is an ice cream company quite clearly profiteering and taking advantage of the situation.

The best show around. It's tinged with sadness this year for my husband David who loved photographing the show, died in May so it will not be the same for me.
