They are very helpful in issues around benefits. The are several different courses that they run geared for the elderly and disabled.<br>The cafe in there does provide good food and great coffee.

Nice open space. Seemingly anyone can use the cafe but was alot of staring from some staff. Lacks atmosphere but lots going on for people over 50.

I am currently 3 weeks into a "Strength and Balance " 17 week course. The staff presenting the sessions are enthusiastic, helpful and good humoured, making the hour long sessions a pleasure. There are many other activities available, such as book reading, but I haven't tried any.
