Well, it's nearly here. Our Croydon streets will soon be an explosion of red white and blue, as all the plans and preparation come to fruition this weekend, and there's plenty of fun to be had for all the family.

This week is National Salt Awareness Week, and the theme this year is ‘reducing salt - preventing stroke’. Although hospital admissions and deaths in Croydon due to strokes are below the national average, there is always room for education and improvement.
