I was so nervous before I started driving I thought I would be a horrendous driver! But having lessons with Toad School with Louise Carter really boosted my confidence the lessons are always so much fun and I always look forward to them every week!! The lessons are based around what you feel comfortable doing which really increases confidence! Louise is very patient, always on time and a calm instructor, which is really needed! I would really recommend Toad School!

Another first time pass, thanks to the (thorough, experienced and patient) Toads. My confidence and safety on the road is also down to them, with their focus to teach you to drive, rather than just pass a test.
I was lucky enough to have both Sue and Louise' expertise, who collected me from my house and showed me local test routs to practice in my own time. Their flexibility enabled me to do intensive lessons throughout the summer (at my own convenience and pace) to sit my test just before university.
I have already recommended them to all my friends, especially those who have lost their confidence with other driving instructors. For personal lessons, with people who honestly do care about your success (because of being a small, local business), Toads fits the bill.

The Toads have been a credit to my driving when I struggled with my own personal driving difficulties! My personal Toad taught me more than just how to pass my driving test, but actually how to drive and to be safe on the roads and how to approach alldifferent kinds of situations in the safest and best possible way. About 9 weeks ago I was on this website looking at all the amazing testimonials, I had a lesson booked with another instructor but after reading the reviews decided to phone Sue instead. This was the best decision I have made! I have been trying to pass my driving test on and off for 13 years and have failed 5 times! By the time I got to Sue I was seriously starting to think I may never pass. However, Sue and Louise have turned this all around for me and after only a few weeks of lessons I have passed my driving test 1st time! (I'm blanking out the previous 5!). I can't thank Sue and Louise enough for all their calm patient instruction and for helping to build up my confidence again after so many disappointments. I have had many driving instructors in my time and I can honestly say Sue and Louise are head and shoulders above the rest! Thanks ladies, in the immortal words of Tina Turner... "You're Simply The Best!".

I started my driving lessons with Nicola having only just turned 17 and it was clear to see I was very nervous and it was going to take time before I felt fully comfortable behind the wheel! Time spent going around car parks practicing steering and clutch control seem so long ago now, but I couldn't have had a better instructor as Nicola was very patient with me as I took one step at a time. I particularly enjoyed the day trip to Hunstanton as by this time I could confidently make my own decisions on the road and it helped me feel extra confident for my test second time around! I would definitely recommend TOAD and especially Nicola to anyone wanting to learn as she always made the lessons fun and interesting! Charlie D.

Absolutely brilliant !! Ive been taught by the best instructor. Sue has always explained things very well, isalways happy, calm and strict !! I passed first time with one driving fault for forgetting to signal off a roundabout ! I CAN DRIVE - anywhere ! You are one in a million and I couldnt have done it without you ! Toads School of Driving has made learning to drive a truly wonderful experience. Sue is a great instructor when i first went too her i was beyond nervous. Sue calmed me down and was a really good friendly teacher and our lessons were always fun. We had a driving lesson to hunstanton which really helped me with roundabouts and gave me a great confidence boost :) not only did sue give me confidence in driving she encouraged me to take part in a skydive for MAGPAS and it was the most amazing thing ive ever done. I passed my driving test first time which i never in a million years thought i would be able to do. I highly reccomend toads school of driving they are brilliant!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend sue - When i started learning with her I was overly nervous but she managed to calm me down and build my confidence back up. We had a driving lesson to sunny hunny which was fun and really helped me - not only did she build my confidence through driving but she got me involved with a skydive for MAGPAS which was the most amazing thing ive ever done. From sue's excellent teaching i passed my test first time which i never thought i would be able to do.

Outstanding first driving lesson! Felt completely relaxed and comfortable as opposed to my previous nervous wreck after a bad experience with another driving school. Would recommend Toad's to anybody who wants to learn to DRIVE, not to just pass a test. Also had a good laugh!

Returning to lessons after a break of two years and it's not as scary as I thought it would be ! I've remembered most of what I was taught and the stuff I need to work on is within easy reach of driving independently. And .... I didn't stall the car ! Thank you Sue !
