Brownsons have just completed a garden project that we thought was going to be impossible. We tried to gather quotes at the offset and two deck builders/garden landscapers left the job without giving either a quote or any further contact! We had a budget, and it didn’t quite stretch to complete composite, but James was brilliant and gave us an option with as much composite as we could afford combined with wood in the less weathered areas. The job was approximately a month. James arranged clearance before the job which saved us lots of problems with timing issues. February was the coldest month for many, many years but Brownsons didn’t let it stop them, every morning they arrived early and enthusiastic, along with the electrician (Carl) they liaised with. The job required some adjustments that James managed to overcome with ingenuity and we ended up with a few additions that really are aesthetically and functionally brilliant and much more than we were expecting. We love the combination of teak and natural wood which embraces it is perfect for our modern but natural garden. I recommend Brownsons wholeheartedly – if you have an idea James will make it reality and add special touches that the average deck builder would not think of. Fabulous, 5* design, communication, service and outcome.
