Gina is one of the nicest people at the gym and there a lot of nice staff at our gym. She is lovely inside and out. She is extremely helpful when we got the new system she went round to everyone with her laptop in our group and checked everything was working correctly.
Also when I had difficulty logging on at 12 o'clock midnight because there was something wrong with my membership, she stayed up until midnight to book me on. There's nothing this lady wouldn't do to help anybody. She is a well valued member of this gym

Gina is a lovely friendly person and very helpful especially when changes occur at the gym. She is a star. She is helpful with new members and always offers advice in a friendly manner. Problems if any are dealt with quickly and fairly.

This is the second time I have held my Ladies' Lunch event in aid of Bury Hospice at The Village Hotel Bury. They have both been a huge success, enough that I have booked again to hold my event there next year. Jessica Greenbank, Senior Sales Consultant, was perfect in helping me with all the arrangements. She was happy to meet as many times as I wanted in order for the day to run smoothly.. As Jessica wasn't there on the day, Nikita Webber, looked after everything and did an amazing job. The room was set up at the exact time requested and nothing was too much trouble for Nikita on the day. Every guest at my event loved it.
Jessica is already helping me organise the event next year. I am hoping this is going to be an annual event and I really wouldn't hold it anywhere else.

I had my wedding here in October and just wanted to thank Jess Greenbank especially in the sales team, she went above and beyond for my wedding nothing was to much trouble. Jess from day one of my booking was very attentive and really took the time to understand and visualise my dream and actually made it all come to life. At the times when I was panicking she was reassuring me telling me everything would be fine and it truly was she is incredible and I would recommend anyone to get married here, thank you again Jess

Recently took my family to the village hotel where I took my son swimming. Georgina Westall in leisure was amazing and so helpful.
We also grabbed a bite to eat at the restaurant and the food and staff were fantastic.

Nice hotel, stayed her for a wedding, room was spacious, bed was comfy, although my sister said the pillows were hard so maybe they have a different firmness. The grout in the bathroom had mould in it and the shower pressure wasn't great, I also didnt understand how everything we went up to buy drinks through the night it got £1 more expensive each time?? The wedding food was lovely that was catered by the hotel, we didn't swim or use the leisure facilities but looking through the first floor down to the pool it looked really nice. I don't think I would stay here again as I wouldn't pay £180 odd a night so a room like that.

All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful; the Starbucks assistant was particularly attentive and helpful and should be made aware that her approach to customer service does provide customers with a pleasant experience.

Brilliant stay,, rooms really nice,, everything you need in there from lge Smart TV to ironing board tea n coffee making facilities etc,, good English breakfast,, manageress was brilliant,, nothing to much trouble,, lovely person,, hotel staff very helpful and pleasant.,,wouldn't hesitate to stay again.xxx
