The Village Hotel is a professional place staff amazing they will keep coming around checking on you. The tribute act was very professional ( Take That ) the hole night went down well. There was a disco on before & after the act. The staff that served the food was very efficient. The dance floor was never empty. Please don't miss the next Tribute act we will be back. Thank you all the staff at the Village Hotel.

Stayed there a few times plenty to keep u busy gym also pool then into the bar also restaurant rooms are spacious with wi fi sky TV shower ironing facilities great breakfast all u can eat not to far from bury town centre buses from main road go into town

Booked a meeting room for 2 days. From the initial enquiry with Jessica to the day of, where I met Jessica and the team (Asha & Jo) it was a delight. V works is a great meeting space, self-contained but with the Pub & Grill as well as Starbucks adjacent you really couldn't ask for more. I did pester them prior with questions but they responded so quickly and answered all my queries. Ample car parking on-site and included if booking VWorks. Will definitely use it again as a meetup point for further team meetings and even got shown the function rooms which with a family birthday coming up, is ideal to get everyone together post COVID. Fabulous, your staff are very helpful and nothing was a bother they were all amazing.
The breakfast was amazing. Some of my family are gluten free and all staff were more than helpful. We had gluten free bread and the chef even made me fresh bacon as the original bacon was beside sausages which were not gluten free.
Honestly we had a lovely stay and will be staying again when we come back to Mancester.

Great stay overnight for my wife to attend a seminar. Wonderful service from Jay on the front desk when I needed to get something for my diabetic wife .

Joanne Platt, Jay and the crew worked well to resolve erronious booking problems, which ended with an excellent night out with friends at a Christmas Party night at the end of Nov 2021. Well done and a big thank you from me, one of your gym bunnies, after two years of not being out, it was a very happy evening.

Needed somewhere on the motorway network midway between Chester and Wakefield to host a work meeting at short notice, and Village Bury were able to accommodate, and it's a really well situated hotel.
Circumstantially, the numbers of people attending kept changing, but Jessica (Greenbank) was really helpful in accommodating our changing requirements and nothing was too much trouble to help with. Room was spacious and had everything we needed, refreshments were plentiful, and lunch really nice.
We needed to split out the bill at the end as different team members paid for room and lunch, but again not too much trouble for Jessica to help resolve.
Will definitely use again.

Rooms very nice! Staff were really friendly! Breakfast good! Staff at breakfast were really helpful! My girlfriend wasn’t feeling to well and they went out of their way to help me put a breakfast tray together to take to her! Access to gym and pool which was nice for me and my girlfriend spend a couple of hours! Hotel clean! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel its self was lovely although tool us a while to find our room as felt like a maze..
Room size was really spacious and breakfast was really nice
Bathroom wasn't the cleanest so I cleaned it my self shower wasn't cleaned over toilet had stains on and sink had hairs In.. evening meal was OK but hardly no meat on the spare ribs

We booked one of the conference rooms for a work event. Asha was very helpful and made the experience a positive and relaxing one for us! Would definitely recommend and will be using the services again for sure.

I booked the Village Hotel for a large event of around 120 people. The venue was lovely, the food was great and the location was perfect. The staff needed prompting and were slow to set up on the actual date of the event - hence the reason this is not 5 star. However the event was enjoyed by everyone so no major problems. The actually booking and arrangement of the event was really easy - the event planner at The Village was absolutely fabulous and made the whole experience really easy - a big thank you goes to Jessica Greenbank!

Great stay with friendly staff. Well located if you like a walk into town, free parking, good food.
Efficient check in and check out system, decent choice for breakfast, rooms was suitably equipped, comfy beds. Location great for Bury centre if you like walking and access to metro into Manchester (£4.90 for day rover anywhere on the system)
It seemed impossible to open the coffee sachets!! Needed a sharp knife/scissors!! Rooms in corridor shut with big bang and some guests seemed ignorant of this.
