Got to say The Car Co is a great dealer and has an array of cars on display. I personally test drove a Volvo V90 and was really well looked after by Mujeeb one of the lovely salesman. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the car but was a close 2nd to another car I eventually chose. I held the car with a ÂŁ99 deposit which is fully refundable by the way, just to keep it incase I did finally purchase it. Once again thanks to Mujeeb and the team for looking after us.

Ash was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my first vehicle. He ensured that I was provided all the information needed and offered advice. He also explained in more detailed and answered any queries that I had which put me at ease. He also ensured I got the best deal possible and kept me informed all throughout the process. Furthermore, even after purchase of the vehicle, Ash has checked up about if I was happy with the purchase and whether I had any issues with the vehicle that he could assist with. I would definitely be seeking his help in the future where needed, and would recommend him to anyone else who may be in a similar situation with buying their first car or even just wanting an open/ honest and informative conversation regarding their car.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt I must. I’d been searching for a good car, had a few failed attempts with well know companies and almost lost faith. The guys at Carco where exceptional, start to finish customer service was amazing. Ask for Abdul he was amazing and made the whole process a breeze start to finish. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

After quite a few visits to the car co, finally bought a new car. Dealt with Shaz who was a top guy. Good honest advice, no pushy sales.
Having got the car, within the first week, I had an issue with it. It was booked in , sorted and I had a courtesy car for the day. Issue hasn’t come back. Even despite the teething issue, I would throughly recommend the car co, and Shaz, really pleased with the new car and sure I’ll be back at some point for my next car 👍

No hard sell, no sales pitch or trying to sell you packages you don’t need.
Amir looked after us from start to finish and sorted out everything from finance to road tax. He was so lovely and professional and everything was seamless. Even his coffee was first class!
At every stage of the process he explained everything and made sure I was happy before moving on to the next.
All they staff there were incredibly polite and helpful and I can’t praise these guys enough.

Fantastic service from start to finish. My my sales consultant made everything so effortless finance was sorted before I got her car was immaculate paperwork was explained to the fullest. Show room and staff had a nice atmosphere. I got such a good deal on my dream car all thanks to my sales consultant. Great customer service from Muj. No pushy sales talk, just left us to look around and then helped us when we had decided upon a car we wanted to purchase. Explained all details regarding the sale very clearly. Kept my partner and daughter supplied with refreshments, drink and food, while I sorted the finer details out. Would highly recommend. Only one problem was now my partner also wants a new car from there ha-ha.
