Bought a car online for the first time and the process was simple. Longin was brilliant and explained every step, did a full walk around tour of the car and even pointed out the minor defects that were all fixed before delivery. The delivery cost was also very reasonable considering I live a few hours away from Bury. There was plenty of time to test the car and confirm it was the right one for me, with communication from Longin throughout. Very happy with the car and would buy online from Car co again.

Amazing service. My partner bought a Range Rover Velar and the salesman Raf was a complete gentleman. Very trust worthy and honest. His customer service was amazing and Raf was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Raf also organised delivery of the car to London which was stress free. I purchased an Audi Q5 a few weeks ago from the Car Company and it was an all round excellent service from speaking with Raf who sold me the car, Sam in finance and Graham in the service department. I actually purchased the car without going to the showroom but Raf sent me a video and it looked great. When the car was delivered from 260 miles away, even the drivers were great, they were helpful, polite and courteous. However, I noticed a scuff mark on the drivers seat which did not show up in the video. I rang and spoke to Graham in service and he said to find someone local and they would reimburse me. The car is now pristine.

Delighted with the service. Had a very specific spec in mind. Having visited 4 bmw dealers without success, I spotted this dealership online. From speaking to Paul Jeffers to going down to see the vehicle I had reserved the service and attention to detail was excellent. Paul was very polite and ensured the car was first class. Both my partner and I purchased a vehicle from The Car Company at the same time on the same day, and from start the finish we were kept informed every step of the way by the salesman Simon Griffin, who arrange everything on our behalf. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by all the guys, and it was so nice to see just how well presented the different marques that they had on sale.

I had a recurrence of a fault on car recently purchased. It seems to be fairly common on the particular car model, a Jaguar XE with diesel engine. The Car Co put me onto a local independent JLR specialist who diagnosed problem and Car Co authorised repair and paid them directly. All done very quickly with minimum hassle for me so I am genuinely impressed with the support from Tony and the after sales service. Thanks again.
