A great place for ease of mind. Bought a car from here a few months ago and started having slight issues when braking and general driving. The Service manager Maz managed to identify the issues gradually and fixed the problem within the day. Not to forget to mention Zeeshan who sold me the car knows how to look after his customers and can give you the perfect solution depending in relation to your budget. If your ever here ask for him. Key thing here is the lads definitely know do how to make you feel at ease and stress free.

Bought a beautiful Audi TT sline Ultra. A few problems with timing of delivery but seeing this is the first time I've bought online can't complain.
Salesman Ash was helpful and helped me through my lack of knowledge of new car tech, like electronic parking brake.
Was worried when I checked online the car wasn't taxed but it appears this is down to DVLA being slow at their job.
Only issues I have is no service history or log book although a replacement has been requested, again from DVLA being slow.
Worst thing is finance company phoning and trying to sell extra warranty or Gap. If I want it I will find it.

My new car came clean and in great condition! A few un-mentioned chips and chips which were noticeable upon inspection but i overall love the car

I don't believe the negative reviews written here. My experience has been fantastic with these guys. I don't work for them and don't write made-up reviews. When i purchased the car the Sales team were great. My car has had 2 issues since I bought it. One was a major issue with coolant that could have occurred at any time. I noticed it and reported it and they fixed it without any issues at all. Brilliant service and repair team. Second issue with a door lock. Guess what??? I reported it and they immediately fixed it. I purchased the car with extended warranty due to it being nearly £25k for the car and I wanted piece of mind. The service guys repaired it without claiming on the warranty and have been nothing other than professional and exceptional. I find it hard to comprehend the negative reviews on here, these guys have been AMAZING!!! next car (a few years away) im going back to these every time.

Have been a customer with car sales for over 6 years and have bought countess cars from there for myself and family and friends. Their service is the absolute best. I had a rare and delightful experience in purchasing a car from the Car Sales Company Bury. The Sales Team are truly professionals and customer caring. Our SL was delivered back in January. Really pleased, as we hadn't seen the car, with the overall condition inside and out. Three or four things have since needed sorting out and this has been done promptly and without fuss. I bought a car off the ad and unseen and it was delivered to my home across the country. I love the car but there a couple of issues with it that I had to raise. Thankfully they were dealt with quickly, politely, remotely and so far to my complete satisfaction. I was wary about buying a car this way and from a company so far away that I did not know, but it has worked out well and I would be happy to do it again.

I have just purchased a second hand BMW of these guys. They made us feel like we were the most important people there. More welcoming than when we bought a new car from BMW. Rafaels communication with us through out the process via phone email and in person was top notch.
