After quite a few visits to the car co, finally bought a new car. Dealt with Shaz who was a top guy. Good honest advice, no pushy sales.

Having got the car, within the first week, I had an issue with it. It was booked in , sorted and I had a courtesy car for the day. Issue hasn’t come back. Even despite the teething issue, I would throughly recommend the car co, and Shaz, really pleased with the new car and sure I’ll be back at some point for my next car 👍

Their customer care and approach to getting you the right car is flawless.
No hard sell, no sales pitch or trying to sell you packages you don’t need.
Amir looked after us from start to finish and sorted out everything from finance to road tax. He was so lovely and professional and everything was seamless. Even his coffee was first class!
At every stage of the process he explained everything and made sure I was happy before moving on to the next.
All they staff there were incredibly polite and helpful and I can’t praise these guys enough.

They were professional and efficient from start to finish and explained in detail everything I needed to know, without being overly pushy on sales. Great customer service from Muj. No pushy sales talk, just left us to look around and then helped us when we had decided upon a car we wanted to purchase. Explained all details regarding the sale very clearly. Kept my partner and daughter supplied with refreshments, drink and food, while I sorted the finer details out. Would highly recommend. Only one problem was now my partner also wants a new car from there ha-ha.

Kas was great and really helpful at every step. Was a distance buyer and was sent videos and answers to my many questions and Kas was patient and always answered quickly. We bought a Kia Sportage on the 8th September our salesman Abdul took us through the process faultlessly and we never felt pressured or rushed into the purchase. We were very pleased with the car.

I just wanted to say a huge personal thank you to such an amazing sales man at The Car Co in Bury. My customer journey from the second I walked through the door till the end was outstanding. As a car enthusiast, we tend to change our cars in the family every few years or so. Searching for a genuine, highly specified clean example had been proving impossible due to a number of reasons including sellers and traders not being honest, poor attempts to cover up damage and masking faults within the car, not to mention a general attitude, very unmannerly etc. A number of these forget to realise you are spending a huge amount and just want the best for your money and a great after service. We travelled the UK being let down multiple times and much inconvenience caused looking at cars that we were sold to us as ‘the best thing since sliced bread’. We had email notifications set up so were ready as soon as the desired spec became available. We were then alerted on a vehicle that came up at The Car Co in Bury who we’ve never used and instantly made enquires to visit site and view. Upon arriving at the showroom we were greeted in a beautiful and kind manner by a young gentlemen (named Zee) who then seated us, offered us beverages and arranged for the car to be brought to the front entrance. Me and family were instantly taken back by the warm, accommodating invite and gesture, with such politeness, something that we’ve not had in many years at dealerships (once upon a time this use to be the norm). We then viewed the car and instantly fell in love with it and wanted to secure this. The process after this was just outstanding, Zee kindly went through the whole process and how it works, I found him to have the world of patience (as I asked for aspects to be clarified). I found him be very kind, caring, considerate, understanding and could clearly see we’ve had a number of terrible experiences with private sellers, traders and even main dealerships. Once the car was secured he went through all the admin logistics, again he was being very precise, very thorough with so much care and attention. Till this day we have been so taken back in understanding why others fail to carry out this level of service? I don’t think it’s a great deal to ask but it seems that be an issue across the motor industry. I feel as though I could sit for a long time in providing so much positive feedback to him and the business as I was genuinely touched by the whole experience, the after care sales and support is also amazing, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to share my experience. A message to other dealerships I guess …. This is me being genuine, going from multiple areas in the UK, I wish everyone had the same approach that The Car Co people / Zee have. I can’t thank you enough for all you done, we have a lovely, well specified vehicle we wanted. Would I use them again ? YES, would I recommend them …. YES !!! … thank you once again for making the impossible possible and being so patient with me, I’m very particular in what I wanted and you had the world of patience in every aspect.
