We dealt with Addy on the 16th of January 2025.
Our experience from start to finish was completely positive. He sent through a great deal of information prior to us visiting the car co. From our arrival he was very welcoming and explained the finance process very well. despite there being unexpected issues with finance (not the car co's fault) he was accommodating, Addy went out of his way to resolve this issue. Addy also went out of his way to get my car delivered earlier than expected. Addy is a an excellent salesman and a credit to the car co

After 8 years of owning my lovely Ford Focus from here and not having one single issue with it, I thought I'd come back and say a huge thank you! I purchased the car remotely and once I arrived at CarCo office everything was prepared apart from a few signatures.
From the signatures to driving my car only took us 15 minutes and we started our journet back to Birmingham.

An amazing company, super friendly staff, and reliable business. Kamyab is a professional and very nice person. I told him over the phone that we needed a CHR with this colour and this model. After a couple of days, I am driving it. Exactly what we wanted. And we live in Glasgow!! We did not even meet face to face! We got free delivery!! Good rate finance, low credit score, small first deposit. Thank you, Kamyab and The CarCo.

I called the car co not knowing what to expect as I was panicking because my car just broke down and i wasn’t willing to pay any ridiculous amount to fix it, I was lucky to speak to Owi from the car co, he laid my options out to me and also advised me, he was professional, helpful, friendly and made the whole process smooth even in my absence I was able to get my new car the next day which was something I never expected to happen. Owi from the car co is really a gem, really grateful for the superb experience.

I recently bought a 3 series from The Car Co. Owi was great throughout and nothing was too much trouble. He answered any questions I had regarding the car and he had a friendly attitude which ultimately was the deciding factor in me buying a car from him , as I had another similar car lined up.
