At first I put a 5 star review but now im changing it to 3 stars...even though I am happy with the car they sold me the car with 2 trackrod ends what where completely gone as I got the car serviced at the dealers and they told me both of them had gone so I'm not happy about this because the trackrod ends didn't cost alot to fix and I got sold the car with this problem I paid £230 for the trackrod ends £40 pound to fit it then £70 pound to track it after spending so much money..its a good car but this is just inconvenience for me plus I don't no how it past the mot with<br>2 track rod ends gone because ther is no way I broke them in 2 months

He made the whole experience of purchasing my 3 year old vehicle a very enjoyable experience. Right from introducing me to to the car of my choice, the test drive, the part exchange and the final signing at the end.the whole deal was finalised within a couple of hours. (Not to mention the numerous cups of coffee) the whole experience Right through to the finance team was stress free, and I was driving my new Toyota chr home within two and a half hours. Thanks again Tom, and the car sales crew. I will definitely deal again.
