Purchased a car today and the level of service i received was top tier, called up at 9am and by 1pm all paperwork, credit checks etc was done I was driving home in my new car, I dealt with maj and he was extremely Informative and reassuring, he even managed to get me a lower Apr then a previous company, I’m so happy and I would definitely recommend 👌

Dealt with kes when I Bought my golf gti from the car co, first off kes had amazing customer service and done everything he could to get me a test drive of the car and drive the car away the same day as I travelled from Newcastle, only reason I have gave them 4 instead of 5* is because the v5c was missing when I bought the car which took ages to come thru which lead to me having the car untaxed for awhile, was also having issues with the push to start button however kes was very quick on getting a new button sent out to me and told me they would cover the cost if I took it to a garage to get it changed over however I was able to do this myself so was no need to send them a bill! Overall great experience, car has been amazing for the past 2 month and I am loving it. Would 100% shop here again!

Purchased a Porsche Cayenne in November 23 as of today's date still waiting for log book with no one taking responsibility from the car Co.
Bit like Gerry McQuire "Show me the money " once they had it and the 14 day cooling off period was over that was the end on their input, poor poor aftersales and customer service.
Shame as the car is a good example, would I recommend not really as now got to sort log book out myself.

Porsche cayenne purchased late November 23 , as of today's date 9th March 24 still no log book.<br>Very very quick to make a sale and secure the funds.<br>Shame about the after service not interested in sorting the log book.<br>book.Now seeking legal advice.
