The hotel is nice but the rooms are a bit dated. I had insulin that needed to go in a fridge but there wasnt one in the room. The staff put it in their fridge. The restaurant food is delicious and the breakfast was lovely. We had a lovely stay visiting family in the area.

6 of us visited recently for an overdue catch up, few drinks, evening meal, overnight stay and breakfast and we had a great time. Service was superb with all staff welcoming and friendly and I must add that James (pretty sure that was his name) who served us in the restaurant was superb and went out of his way to ensure all our needs (and appetites) were catered for. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent too. Our room was possibly getting a little dated but was more than adequate and looking at the pictures it looks like a refresh is being carried out. All in all very highly recommended.

Excellent hotel right next to were i needed to be for visiting family... first impressions walking in it was very clean and head reception greeted us she was so nice and welcoming... there is a bar and restaurant on site so no need to worry about getying hungry or wantinv a realaed drink... theres also a village near by with shops to ... i must say it was refeshing that we didnt have much noise in corridors either like we had the night before in Travelodge! So was very pleased with this hotel so far so good ! My main and Only issue witch gave me hardly any sleep unfortunately was the matresses in the room... they definitely need to be changed and replace with new non spring ones or atleast a topper of some sort you don't feel every spring in your back laying ontop ... it was very uncomfortable i must say ... even with asking for a extra quilt to lie ontop for the next evening i could still feel them... i did think this let the hotel down by 1 star otherwise id of guven you a 5 star sorry.... other that i have no complaints and very happy with the services recievd amd given ... parking free and tea and coffe jn the morning supllied too. .. always greeted politely by staff and for the price i payed was good for 2 night stay. I Would definitely come back for sure just hope the mattress are different on returning.

Good friendly staff amd a nice hotel, although the matress was odd it was like a bucket and all i could hear was a drilling noise all night that came from the heating system in the bathroom, i think and due to being a light sleeper it affected my sleep, due to this i got up early and left.

My recent visit to the Red Hall Hotel, with a friend and our young babies, was simply delightful. The spread of savoury and sweet treats was delicious, offering a great variety and balance of both to enjoy. The price included specialty coffee options like lattes, which is a rare find in most places.
The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly in the restaurant, particularly Naz who made us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
One thing that stood out was how accommodating everyone was to our little ones. Bringing babies along can sometimes be tricky, but the staff made sure they felt welcome, which we really appreciated.
Overall, our experience was fantastic. If you're looking for a delicious afternoon tea with great service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Had my 60th Birthday Party at the Red Hall on 10.02.24 and from start to finish had the most amazing night. The hotel and staff were most welcoming to all my guests and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast excellent. Like to say a very special to Sharon who coordinated the party with my husband and made sure everything went smoothly right down to the last details.

We held our wedding at the Red Hall Hotel on NYE 2023. From booking our wedding two years prior and throughout the day itself everyone has been amazing. Any silly questions I may of had were always dealt with promptly and everyone is so friendly. The food was fantastic and many many of our guests said the quality and presentation of the food was exceptional.
The hotel is always cosy and inviting and always super clean.
We would like to extend our gratitude for making our wedding day go perfectly and a day our guests and ourselves will always remember.

We did not stay but we visited for a Christmas party. The food was excellent and very hot which is often difficult with so many diners at once. Excellent experience, friendly, helpful and attentive staff. All in all a very enjoyable evening.
