I have used this hotel on a number of occasions, the staff are friendly, the rooms are great and food is of a very good standard. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bury.

We held our wedding at the Red Hall Hotel on NYE 2023. From booking our wedding two years prior and throughout the day itself everyone has been amazing. Any silly questions I may of had were always dealt with promptly and everyone is so friendly. The food was fantastic and many many of our guests said the quality and presentation of the food was exceptional.
The hotel is always cosy and inviting and always super clean.
We would like to extend our gratitude for making our wedding day go perfectly and a day our guests and ourselves will always remember.

We did not stay but we visited for a Christmas party. The food was excellent and very hot which is often difficult with so many diners at once. Excellent experience, friendly, helpful and attentive staff. All in all a very enjoyable evening.

Just had our Christmas party night at the Redhall. The evening was fantastic, staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough for us. Food was lovely and lots of it, then we danced the night away. Would highly recommend booking for your Christmas party.

We go to the Red Hall regularly for Sunday Roast and it’s one of best roasts around the area albeit the price has gone up but still not bad value for money
We visited again on Sunday 19th November again service was good Roast looked good but we was very disappointed with the sirloin of beef it was cut so thin you could almost see through it ☹️ we visited earlier in the month and the sirloin was cut at least 6-7mm thick how you would expect sirloin to be served on a Sunday Roast not 1mm thick that you find suitable for a sandwich - I know times are hard but the price is going up and the quality is going down?
I hope the chef takes note of this review and starts serving what it says on the menu Roast Sirloin of Beef

The hotel offers amazing views and has amazing staff. We were very well looked after. The room was very comfortable and clean. Travelled with my family and we had an amazing stay. Restaurant food was gorgeous and had a lot of good choices.

Four of us had lunch from the seniors menu and it was excellent value. It's twelve months since we were last here, but it's still good value and quality food. I had the garlic mushroom starter which was tasty and well-presented, followed by haddock and chips, great. Will def go again.

We’ve just returned from celebrating my daughters wedding , we had the best time ever , everything was absolutely perfect the food was amazing and the staff outstanding, so helpful and very well organised. We could not fault anything , I throughly recommend this venue to everyone, you are guaranteed a fabulous wedding x

Just had a lovely overnight stay at the Red hall hotel. Staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived and made us feel really welcome along with our little dog. Had some drinks in the bar and some amazing food on the evening. All areas were clean and tidy. Can highly recommend.

Always had a good stay here. It’s always for work. The location is ideal, food is good, drinks are good, plenty parking and it’s quick to get on the motorway for meetings.

Stayed one night and ate in the restaurant for evening dinner. Room whilst small & basic, and up some stairs (I can't currently lift anything heavy so my partner had to struggle with our bags) had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet during the night, and the bed comfortable. The addition of a fan might be an idea as it was very warm even with the window open. Fortunately, we had one in the car just in case.
Lastly, on waking in the morning and opening the curtains we were greeted by a field full of sheep and 3 deer. Very pleasant thing to see and hear first thing in the morning. Didn't stop for breakfast as it was 15 quid each and we were going into Bury via Ramsbottom so no need to pay over the odds for a greasy fry up - too many other places to enjoy for that kind of thing. In all, a pleasant stay and we did actually enquire about staying an extra night. Sadly for us, they were fully booked for the Saturday.

We hired the Peel Suite for our Golden Wedding anniversary meal , the suite coming with its own bar area, cloakrooms and a room which can hold up to 50 seated people, ideal for a mixture of ages. Sharon and Becki were excellent with suggestions and arrangements prior to the day and Warren was on hand to ensure that all went smoothly. We had a wide menu choice before deciding on our menu choices and the Red Hall was very accommodating with dietary requirements, so thanks to the Chef. We could decide on how the room was to be arranged and the staff made it look beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, had many compliments about the food and room , and we would like to thank all the staff involved.

Bar staff, reception and maintenance were very friendly, chatty and couldn't do enough for you.
The room was well decorated, clean and bathroom was spacious and modern. The shower was brilliant..
I highly recommend it here.

Good location, but sadly the hotel is more like a motel, very out of date and scruffy.
The food has a massive menu which points to the food not being freshly made but it was ok.
The staff here make this place though. Friendly and helpful, Jay in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for us which we were very grateful for and Danielle on reception was also very helpful and thoughtful.
Note. The disabled room is next to the main entrance and where people smoke, if there’s a large party you’ll certainly know about it. Makes no sense putting a room of this nature in this location.
It is only a three star but for the same price you can get nicer places nearby.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st time, we stayed in a standard double, and experienced a few issues. This time was much nicer, room 36 was more deluxe, very comfortable bed, luxurious bedding and beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was most probably one of the nicest breakfasts we've had for a while. Thank you Warren, your kind gesture will always be remembered and appreciated.

Spent the weekend here with kids. The princess suite was extremely spacious and charming, and the bed very comfortable.
The service was top and the staff super friendly and attentive.
The food was spectacular and portions are huge.

We took advantage of their sleepy Sunday deal as this fitted our plans. This offers a good value stay in a good hotel and includes Sunday lunch.
The lunch was well upto the standard you would expect in a hotel . The room was a good size, clean with good coffee and tea. The hotel would have been very smart when built but is now showing the first signs of wear. Small maintenance is required and staff training/supervision needs to be clear. One member was rebuking another in our presence, the server disappeared during breakfast.
Also puzzling is the large industrial vehicle hight restriction that greats you when turning of the main road. Overall a good stay but my advice to management would be not to overlook some of the problems as they will grow.

We had our wedding here on the 24th June. The whole staff was incredible. From the run up to the wedding answering emails asking questions, meetings & then the day before when I checked in the service was outstanding. The food in Oscars was unreal so fresh and hot which is just what you want. Rooms are spacious and good. The actual wedding day they somehow got better. Anything we needed was sorted instantly. The way they worked with suppliers to get things done was amazing. The day ran without any hiccups ( or if there was you would have never known ) everyone complimented the food and the staff. The bar staff and reception staff was also amazing the way they treated us and our guests was amazing. So kind. Special mentions to Becca, Warren and Mary on reception you 3 was amazing
