We had a wonderful stay at the Red Hall on 31st July 20 to celebrate our Anniversary. Right from checking in you are made to feel very welcome by the staff. They are all courteous and very friendly. The room was immaculate and modern with everything you need. We had booked the date night dinner and felt very safe in the restaurant, all the staff had PPE on and even though it must of been uncomfortable and hot for them they were cheerful and very attentive.
The food was delicious particularly the sea bass dish! What amazing value for money the date night deal is!
Again breakfast was spot on and our waitress Naz couldn't of been more helpful and professional.
Well done Red Hall in these difficult times we felt safe and throughly enjoyed our stay with you.
We would definitely recommend staying here and will return no doubt.

A marquee had been setup outside in the picturesque gardens keeping in mind the current Covid-19 restrictions in order to allow socially distanced dinning. Every staff member had a face -shield / mask on with gloves . There were hand sanitizers provided in case anyone needed any. The location was surprisingly quiet idyllic too esp for weddings . As for food there was much choice and it was absolutely delicious . The portions were also decently sized . Definitely recommend the food platters and the sticky toffee pudding was just heavenly . All in all a commendable job done by the hotel . Really appreciated the effort made by the staff to comply by the Covid-19 rules and make us feel comfortable & safe to eat out.

This was our first experience of dining out after lockdown and was a very enjoyable evening. All measures in place for social distancing and sanitizer stations everywhere. We felt very safe indeed. All staff without exception are friendly and welcoming. We have been patrons of Red Hall over many years and last nights food was exceptional. The best we have ever had here. Great menu, high quality food, nice presentation and very enjoyable indeed. Hats off to Danny and the team!!!

Smiles for miles. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing and very reasonable.
Would recommend for anybody looking for good food in very nice and chic surroundings.
(This was during the Covid19 and and there was plenty of hand sanitizer, social distancing was adhered to at all times and plenty of space around all the dining facilities).

Today was my 1st visit, we came for Sunday lunch as my bestfriend gets married here soon. We had a fabulous time! Lunch ended up being 6 hours long - they couldn't get rid of us. The Staff were lovely, the food was outstanding. We also felt very safe, they are taking Covid regulations very seriously. Will 100% be returning for food soon.

Myself and 2 friends visited today for Sunday lunch, it was a so lovely and welcoming, we had our own dining area so felt very safe and looked after by the staff well. To add to it the food was delicious, highly recommend a visit. They also had an outside seating area that looked lovely to enjoy the food and feel safe in an the open space with lovely views.

Great hotel, the hotel is very clean ,the food is sooooo good and Tracey the barmaid was awesome, she will make you feel very welcome, she made the stay!!! Will definitely come for another stay. Was a business trip but would definitely make a social trip to this hotel.

me&my wife visit ramsbottom quite often and stay elsewhere as i couldnt change my dates around we booked here wow what a suprise nice rooms good well mannered staff lovely restaurant great brekfast menu whats not to like !!! red hall for us from now on

We booked the ‘date’ night with overnight stay as our belated Valentines treat. We have stayed before as our daughter got married here last Sept.
Everything was just perfect. We are fussy eaters. I cook from scratch at home and can tell if I have been served microwaved food etc. We were so pleasantly surprised( although I don’t know why as the wedding food was exceptional). A 3 course meal with wine, a lovely room and the most enjoyable, fresh cooked breakfast all for £99.00. - oh and live singer too. I drink decaf coffee and where ever I go the decaf is very weak and tasteless. Last night, and this morning, I got served the most amazingly rich, strong decaf in my own coffee pot. The perfect end to my meal. One thing that really struck us about the place was that not only were ALL the staff delightful but they all seemed so happy in their jobs and that truly shone through and reflected in us as guests. We were so happy that we have just booked for next month as a treat for our son and daughter-in-law ( we will be doing the babysitting😉). We will also be treating ourselves to another date night soon too. Thank you all again.

My husband and I celebrated our joint 50th birthdays and our silver wedding anniversary here. We had a party with so many of our friends and family with us. The hotel did not disappoint, in fact it excelled our expectations. The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble, they went over and above to make our night the most special. A few to mention - Pepe, Naz and Rick. Thank you all so much for making our celebrations so wonderful.

Having lived reasonably near to this venue I have never visited before. The rooms are comfy modern and clean. Nice hot shower, tea coffee facilities, quiet. Great view of the countryside. Breakfast was the usual vast array of breakfast items with hot food served to order. High quality well cooked food. Great place for a function. Adequate car park.

We've just started a monthly luncheon group. For our first venue we chose Oscar's Restaurant at the Red Hall Restaurant. Seventeen of us consumed really enjoyable food in a very pleasant room served by friendly and helpful staff. My trout, served with a really good Hollandaise sauce was delicious, as was my pannacotta with caramel sauce and a strawberry compote. I shall certainly visit Oscar's again.

We were going to a family function in Ramsbottom, and found this gem !, Hotel was easy to locate, on arrival we were warmly welcomed by a very nice receptionist! Room was very clean and well serviced, even had an iron and ironing board !! Bed very comfortable and pillows were great. Great room service, staff so helpful!! After our function we returned to hotel, had a drink in the bar, staff Tracy and Jason were great ! Had a really good sleep! Check out was good, I can highly recommend this hotel.!!Everywhere was immaculately clean, lovely decor, can't think of a negative !

Nice, clean and well appointed rooms, however the attitude, appearance and cleanliness of some of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, namely the night porter who was rude, had the worse BO problem I have smelt in a long time and had a really nasty 'could not care less' attitude towards customers. Bar manager had to be summoned on every occasion, sat chatting around the corner on several occasions! female bar staff very good but sent home early off pay, as was fairly quiet, smelly night porter promptly rammed all bar shutters down whilst we were sat there 2210 hrs! he barked that we could have a drink but only charged to room! Oh well at least we got an early night.

On Sat 1st Feb we had a surprise 60th Birthday Meal for my partner in Oscar's Restaurant. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
I would like to thank Libby for all her help organising the party and for Pepe letting me take over part of the restaurant for all our guests.
Half of our guests stayed in the hotel for the night and were really happy with the rooms and the breakfast in the morning.
Would thoroughly recommend.

On frid 17 jan my wife had a birthday party for 40 with a mixed group of ages including children
