This was our third celebration event with the family in the last 2 years. It's a great place for Sunday lunch . The service is great the staff very friendly and the food excellent. It's also good value for money . Only £14 for 2 courses and £18.95 for 3 .

My husband and I stopped here for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The room was spacious although the bathroom could have been a little bigger. The food from the restaurant on the Friday night was very good & the wedding breakfast was also well presented and tasty. The venue was a good size for the wedding party and I would stay here again

Found this place at the last minute and was instantly impressed. The staff are great, rooms are pleasant, bathrooms are nice and bed was very comfortable. Bar/restaurant very nice, though had to wait ages for breakfast.

Have been in a lot of bnbs hotels with my job and can say this hotel is great value for money really cheap in fact breakfast was cooked to order and nice rooms are clean and tidy if in area again will be visiting u again

My husband and I had our wedding venue here June 2017. Following a few family disasters the red hall hotel couldn't do enough to help me and my husband have a perfect day. Every single member of staff were helpful, friendly and honestly wanted to be there. The hotel was clean, tidy and very organised. The food there was truly sensational and every little detail was catered for without a fuss. My wedding was nothing but flawless and amazing and it was all down to the hard work of the staff there. No job too big no detail too small. I look forward to my next visit.

we stayed here over night at beginning of march for a 1 night stay Bed and Breakfast. on arrival was greeted by a friendly member of reception who was polite and efficient and provided us with all the help we needed for a quick and professional check in. when entering our room it had this lovely warm feeling to it superbly cleaned very spacious with a very comfy bed (room 31 I think). we decided to go straight to the bar for a drink and was greeted by a very delightful member of staff (pedro) we got chatting to him for awhile and made sure we were well looked after.
dinner in Oscars was amazing my husband had the black pudding and poached egg for starters and I had the terrine both agreed these were the best starters we had ever had, for a main I had the Cajun chicken and my husband had the gammon again could not fault anything still somehow managed to fit a desert in i had the sticky toffee pudding and my husband had the bread and butter pudding SUPERB xx finished off with an Irish coffee and a baileys. I have already recommended this hotel to all my friends and family and me and my husband will now be using this hotel as a secret little get away from now on.

We went there for a friend's party the atmosphere is brilliant the staff very polite but the food was not so good I and others at our table had beef it was like shoe leather also when ordering drinks that were paid for on a tab we were brought over double of what we ordered the first time we thought right OK but after that we suspect it was a hard sell type of thing to get you to buy more we didn't complain on the day because we didn't want to put a dampener on the day

The room was Good but when we went in the Restaurant the Food was a great Dissapointment! I had Fish and Fat Chips what happened to the Size of the Fish as it was miniscule? As for the Fat Chips they were Hard as they were Not Finally Cooked in Very Hot Oil! My partner had Sausage and Mash which was disgusting as the Sausages had Very Tough Skin, it would appear the people up North have Sharper Teeth than the remainder of the country! Ha! Ha!
Finally, I had Bread & Butter Pudding which I have to say was the Best I had for a long time!
Well done to the Manager as he looked after us!

I would like to thank the whole team for a great Sunday lunch meal at Oscars the food came out on time and the staff was very helpful and always smiling. The service quick the food wasn't a long wait like some other places, they catered for young baby's very well and couldn't help you enough looking forward to return again soon! My wife and I recently celebrated our Wedding Anniversary and when we want a quality evening meal out we always choose the Red Hall
Last Wednesday was no exception as we were treated to first class service and great food. We will be back again soon.

I have Stayed her many a time but i haven't stayed since they had all the refurbishment works carried out to the public areas I have to say the hotel is looking fabulous.
I have heard on the grapevine that they are carry out a refurbishment of the bedrooms in Jan of next year .Looking forward to seeing the end results.
Definitely well worth a short break stay .

Visit for a wedding. Didn't stay here (although many friends did), rooms were nice, food was good, service was good, they have clearly got the wedding process down to a T. Very enjoyable night and day.

We stayed here on the way to visit family, the location is perfect! We had such a lovely relaxing stay hotel and the room was beautiful & spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all so friendly and helpful... nothing was out of their way!

We stayed here the night before we went on our Honeymoon. Fab location - not too far away from the Trafford Centre or the airport. Check in was quick and easy and our room was beautiful with lots of room. Bedroom along with public areas very clean. We ate in Oscars which was lovely, staff were friendly and the restaurant manager was very polite and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was also lovely with plenty of choice of both cold and hot items. We would like to thank all staff at the hotel for making the start of our honeymoon fantastic.

Had another great stay at the Red Hall. Always well looked after, especially this time by Danielle & Naz, thanks for looking after me so well! Room immaculate, check in was swift and accurate, great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Invited to a wedding held at Red Hall, Turned out to be a real nice day, the management of the hotel arranged the wedding very well the meal was excellent quickly served and nice and hot, like all of us that are getting a bit older the DJ was a bit to loud ( this not organised by the hotel ) so that talking to people that you have not seen for a long while difficult. The room over night clean and well equipped loads of hot water for shower, Breakfast superb, prompt order and service, friendly staff recommend to anyone looking hotel in the Bury area. To top it all, the weather glorious sunny day and warm so lots of pictures outside .

Could have been better went 12months ago and it was great but today it was not my beef was say needed a lot of chewing I was a bit disappointed I think it will b a long time before we go to dine again

I visited this venue for a business meeting. Easy venue to find with ample parking. The business room was airy and a good size. Staff were friendly and we were given a menu from which to order lunch if required. The lunch menu was quite expensive, luckily myself and I few other had brought sandwiches so we were able to stay in the business room. Not loads of chime nnvnjb b bob

Stayed at the Red Hall over the weekend visiting friends and family. We had a fabulous stay, the hotel was superb and the staff made us feel so welcome. The room was lovely, clean and quiet, we had a great sleep after our busy days and evenings catching up. The restaurant Oscars was superb, the service and presentation was of a much higher standard with a great menu.
Looking forward to coming back again.

This was our 2nd visit to Red Hall Hotel after staying here in August last year. Check in was swift & friendly, we were given room 10 on the ground floor which is far enough away from reception & the function rooms to allow for a quiet night sleep. We ate in Oscars Restaurant in the evening & the food was superb, I had the lamb for main course & my wife had the sausage & mash, again in the morning we enjoyed a hearty full English breakfast. We will definitely be back at Red Hall Hotel in the future, thanks to all the staff for making our stay a special one once again.

Myself and my partner came for a night away to celebrate his birthday. We had a fantastic time...the staff were friendly, oscars restaurant and bar is superb and our room was really nice, warm and comfortable. The only slight thing is that there could do with being a bit more milk in the rooms for tea and coffee (but we did get some more when we asked) and maybe the tv is the rooms being a bit bigger. The rooms had very good double glazed windows and the beds very comfortable...overall 9/10 for the hotel and we would recommend and definitely come again

Great weekend when I took my elderly parents to this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the food in the Restaurant was above expectations really excellent. Local to the motorway we stayed here to visit my son in Manchester which was ideal. Great value for money as a very nice breakfast as well

Friendly, clean and convenient for motorway. Food of superior quality. Car parking on site but not local to hotel entrance (if raining heavily). Easy check in / out. Quiet in room area. Would recommend and would use again. VFM.

We got married here on the 10 th of February , we stayed here from the 8 th of feb until Saturday the 11 th we stayed in family rooms which where beautiful couldn't fault them . We had quite a few meals in the restaurant , breakfast was great , evening meals also great the only thing which was slightly disappointing was how slow the service was , this is by no means reflecting the waiting staff as they couldn't do enough for you and where just lovely . Think it was a case of being short staffed for a few days ? Our wedding was perfect and the wedding food amazing ! Holly and warren couldn't do enough . Now things did slightly disappoint me after the wedding . Firstly the bridal suite which we paid £130 for if my memory serves me correctly . Well it was freezing ! We had to put the shower on to keep warm in the morning when we woke up and during the evening if we needed the toilet we ran 😂Couldn't access the radiator which was behind a large wooden Panel . Then we came to pay a bill which had drinks on and food , couldn't believe it when I was charged over £50 for sandwiches and chips which where sent to my room on the day of wedding I nearly passed out ! Other than these couple of things the hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing day so thank you to all the staff that made our day special , I would like to come back sometime in the future and I will be double checking the hearing this time lol
