We got married here last weekend. We had the most amazing day! From our very first meeting with Donna she knew exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. On the day everything was perfect. Donna, Warren and their whole team were amazing. The food was absolutely gorgeous, all of our guests commented on how fabulous everything was. The princess suite is beautiful! We didn’t want to leave!! Thank you so much for making our day so fantastic and making us all feel so at home. Mr & Mrs Proctor 💕🥂

You always get a great welcome. The Maitre d Pepe is a pleasure to know always ready with a little chat.
Chefs have changed and staff changes have not always been to the best. We still use it though especially on a Sunday Lunch

Stayed just for the 1 night and was very impressed by this hotel. Lovely room, nicely decorated plenty of space, coffee/tea, iron/board, hairdryer, power shower, toiletries etc. Lovely large comfy bed. Staff all very nice. Thanks for our stay!

I stay here once a month or so and on arrival the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The rooms (and I have stayed in a few of them!) are luxuriously decorated but modern and fresh.

The bathrooms have great showers and are always immaculate.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and would highly recommend. The staff looked after you and were very friendly. The atmosphere in both the restaurant and the bar area was lovely. The rooms are small but also lovely.

Four years running we’ve held our party night at the Red Hall Hotel. Every year we have a fantastic time, and each year they never fail to deliver. The manager Warren is highly professional yet approachable and he’s there if you have any questions. All the staff were friendly and a special mention to Ben, who is a credit to the Red Hall. Fantastic food, fab party. See you next year :)

Stayed overnight here for my brothers wedding. What can I say... the staff were fantastic, customer service second to none. Nothing was too much for them. The manager is worth his weight in gold...He did everything, was so accommodating and friendly too. We stayed in a family room which was 2 adjoining rooms and they both were really nice. The breakfast was extensive and arrived at your table hot, it was lovely. I would recommend this hotel for weddings and parties too, they served us until we had all had enough... definitely service with a smile here too. The owners of this hotel should be thankful they have Ben. :-)

I recently stayed at this hotel on business for about six months.

Reception staff are always pleasant and friendly.

Rooms are always clean and while some are a little dated, they are always clean. They have started an upgrade and the upgraded rooms are an improvement. Rooms at the front of the hotel are larger than those at the rear.

Breakfast is served by a friendly team. However on occasions the set up of breakfast has not been completed properly before service. If something is missing, ask for it and it appears...

Menu at evening meal is limited, but generally OK. Service is generally good. if you are on an extended stay you will find the menu limited, but most people only stay a couple of night so fine. Generally they will tweak the menu to meet customer demands. If you want to order in a takeaway no one will mind. Reception staff might even help you find one.

The hotel seems to generate the majority of its income/profits from functions/especially weddings, so if there is a wedding or similar going on this will take precedence over day to day ops.

Bar service tends to vary according to who is on duty.

We celebrated New Years Eve at the Red Hall Hotel, nothing was too much trouble, they had 3 lots of celebrations, one being a wedding. The quality of the food was of a high standard, the bar staff, receptionist, waiters and waitresses were very friendly and professional. We would recommend staying there, eating and having celebrations there. The room and decor of the hotel had a wonderful sumptuous high quality, the shower worked perfectly with a high pressure, the towels white and soft, the complimentary toiletries were of high quality and toilet roll. There was an iron and ironing board already in the room which worked. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities came in a high quality box, nothing was left out and there were plenty of supplies. We had a good nights sleep in the voluptuous ultra comfortable bed with high quality pillows, duvet and mattress. The decor of the room and whole ambiance was one of relaxation and high quality, a large wardrobe with coat hangers and drawers, extra pillows and blanket in wardrobe. There were plenty of plug sockets, a complimentary hair dryer, mirrors in correct position, by a plug socket, a large long mirror to check yourself before leaving. The carpet was soft with no stains, the bed linen white and clean. Not a speak of dust or dirt anywhere! The curtains were of a high quality, thick, matching in with the room decor and did not let any light in. The room lighting was just right with a main light and bedside lamps. There was a phone in the room where we called for room service and were served straight away by friendly, helpful staff. The check-in and check-out was quick professional, friendly, welcoming, informative and told us of future events at the hotel. A fantastic hotel of which I’m sure if the “Hotel Inspector” came to stay would not find any faults or room for improvement as everything is amazing! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

What a very nice hotel this is very warm and welcoming great attentive staff (nothing too much trouble) tasty evening buffet with a nice variety of food , beautifully decorated cosy event room and very nice restaurant for breakfast ...Breakfast again was tasty perfectly cooked on a nice hot plate ..The location is also lovely our room looked out on to a field of sheep x Would definetly reccomend this hotel ticked all the boxes for us <3

From start to finish our experience with the hotel was brilliant.
The function room was perfect, spacious with the bar area, tables and dance floor. The staff - from function organiser, reception, bar staff and duty manager - were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food was great, we ordered a range of sandwiches (perfect for teenagers!) and there was a wide selection of well presented, tasty sandwiches, suitable for all.
A number of the party stayed over night in the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, neat and the shower was amazing! Breakfast was included in the price and there was a fantastic variety of hot and cold food available. Again, staff were very accommodating. A couple of our party ate in Oscar's Restaurant in the afternoon prior to the party and were impressed with the choice and the quality of the food available.
All in all we would thoroughly recommend the Red Hall - as a party venue, a hotel and a restaurant.

We have been to the Red Hall on a few occasions and it never disappoints. The stat are so friendly and we love the alcove tables. The food was really tasty and great value for money. Staff were very busy but as always they work with a smile. Thank you

Just got back from the Red Hall restaurant after a meal with friends. They were so accommodating with all our foodie requirements, and everyone’s meals were faultless. The service was quick and attentive and we all felt it was very good value for money.
Thanks to everyone there, it was such a nice change to come away from a restaurant without a bad word to say. We will definitely be returning in the new year.

My friend got married here late November and we stayed the night before as well as the wedding night. first of all the reception staff were amazingly helpful the whole time. and ben the wedding organiser was very thorough in his job making sure every detail was petfect. The food on the wedding night and the breakfast in the morning was lovely too. Rooms are a great size the double rooms are plenty big enough to fit a Z bed in that you can hire from them for children.

We recently had a senior managers party night here, the food, service, entertainment and accommodation were first rate, we all had a great night, so a big thanks to all the staff there for making it so!

The food and entertainment was excellent. The magician was "out of this world" - unbelievable. The dining and facilities were very modern and the hotel looks fantastic lit up at night with all the Christmas lights. The bedrooms are very comfortable and very tastefully decorated .

I am getting to a age where great service matters. I don't think I've ever had better service then I did at the Red Hall hotel as I did on my Christmas party night. could not fault anything. the atmosphere, the food, the drink even the staff were amazing a real credit to the hotel. every course of the meal was amazing. excellent level of food and service will be returning a lot more in the future. We had our wedding reception at the Red Hall 40 years ago so it seemed only right to go back for our ruby wedding. Pepe and all the staff were very attentive, our food was nice and a good festive/anniversary time was had by us all. Thank you to all at the Red Hall for helping us celebrate our anniversary.

We Stayed at the hotel last weekend and can only compliment everyone on a truly fantastic experience . The hotel is welcoming and well finished but the staff are world class. We were delighted to meet Brian , the manager, who had th usual Irish charm and could not have been more professional . He made sure every aspect of our stay went well and was around every part of the hotel. The food was fantastic and we will definitely return . Thank you

We attended a party night last week for our company and stayed over at the hotel. Excellent service from all the staff and the meal at the event was superb. The entertainment was very good as well. The hotel room was lovely and breakfast being included was a real treat.
We have used the hotel on a previous occasion and the high standards we received last time are still as good. Would recommend to use and am going to book a Sunday night stop over in the spring.

Such a shame that this very special birthday lunch was spoilt by dreadfully slow service!
There was an apparent lack of table staff for what appeared to be a busy mid-December Sunday lunchtime. The restaurant staff appeared to be inexperienced with little training of hotel dining procedure. Even the drinks bar didn't have adequate staff. Quite an embarrassment when putting on a celebratory lunch.
The food itself was good and the birthday cake made by the hotel's chef was very
attractive and tasty, but there again no back-up with plates for serving to guests. Our
dissatisfaction was made known to the management.

This hotel has the most friendly and welcoming receptionist Meg. She is lovely and a great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in the restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and Benn and Danielle were attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I recommend this hotel to both guests travelling for leisure and for business. You won't be disappointed!!

Stayed one night 1/2 Dec 2017. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms modern and well maintained. Ample parking. Very good breakfast - cooked to order (none of the hot buffet nonsense). Only one complaint - I cannot abide Ed Sheeran because his records all sound the same. Guess the piped music in this hotel? Minor moan really

Staff at Red Hall were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast (choice of continental or cooked) in a very attractive dining room. I would stay here again. On a main road (but quiet) and easy to find.

You have been brilliant right from the start. Your service has been second to non. Next I would like to thank Ben & Danny, for all your help. Nothing was too much trouble. And all the other staff that made the day run so perfectly. The hotel is stunning. The bridal suit is breathtaking, we can't express how much. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wedding.
