We recently had the pleasure of hiring a team from Ponds Northwest to work on our fishpond and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Two skilled gentlemen came to our home and completely transformed our pond by fitting a new liner, thoroughly cleaning it, rebuilding the structure, and adding beautiful plants and stone to enhance the existing design.
The fishpond now looks absolutely stunning, and both my husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome. The two young professionals who worked on our project were not only knowledgeable but also provided us with valuable advice on how to properly maintain our pond. Their polite demeanor and strong work ethic truly impressed us.
Furthermore, the customer service we received from the company's office staff was top-notch. From the initial call to the completion of the project, communication was smooth, and the team was always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Removed our existing pond with waterfall (preformed shapes) and replaced it with a bespoke completely new one, formed by them, utilising natural stones and pebbles it’s beyond our expectations fantastic 😊👍

The 'lads' are knowledgeable and thorough and save me a lot of back breaking work. Got unexpected advice about overfeeding in winter. Very helpful. A good job well done.

“I have used Dave and team for three years to carry out annual maintenance of my raised pond in Bolton. In spring 2023, Nathan, who is excellent!! carried out a full deep clean; fish taken out, pond vacuumed, all sediment removed, filters all cleaned, so it should be crystal clear in a few days. They are a friendly, small, responsive, helpful team. Using NW Ponds has made pond management so much easier. Thank you, Dave & team!

I first used the company when my pump broke down. They were with me within an hour. Loaned me a pump whilst the electrics were repaired and replaced with a new one within a few days. I’ve also used them for maintenance going into winter and am going to get the pond cleaned and relined. Always friendly, knowledgable and very professional. Regards, Dave C

I had to wait quite a while to have a leak in my pond sorted but the wait was well worth it! Henry and Sam have done a great job. They worked hard, we’re friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to ask them back to maintain my pond. Thanks lads.

Dave and his team did a great job in all phases from design to build of my koi pond. They had to work around other contractors which created a little delay but did so in a very collaborative way. I’m delighted with the installation and I’ve now got fish in the pond. Even now Dave has been on hand to provide me with advice as a new koi pond owner so that I don’t feel left alone in this new world of koi. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave and his team to anyone wanting a new or altered pond. His team are great lads, hard workers and they clean up daily.

I contacted Ponds Northwest to carry out a service of my filtration system and they were only to happy to oblige. This restored my faith in the pond maintenance services after being ignored and let down by the company who fitted the system last year. Pond Northwest arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. The maintenance person, Nathan, even fixed a leaking pipe which was not fitted properly by the original installers. I would definitely recommend this company for all your pond maintenance needs. The only reason I did not tick good value was because I had nothing to compare the cost to.

Highly recommended, young lads turned up early as agreed, worked tirelessly (sorry lads forgot your names), cleaned the pond, offered advice on plants and on going maintenance , ensured everything was left clean and tidy.
