I have just completed a 5 day customer service course. Ist time doing a course here. I would highly recommend North Lancs Training Group, as the tutors are friendly and professional. The building is great and easy to get to from train station or bus depot. Free courses for people on benefits and looking for work. I was amazed that they provide breakfast, tea, coffee and an amazing lunch too.
