Excellent service! If you're reading these reviews then like me you are probably a bit wary of purchasing a new car online rather than through a standard dealer. Russell, Chris and Vicky at 360 Vehicle Leasing were all brilliant. No hard sell, they were very open with their pricing/commissions etc and were ~£1000 cheaper than the best offer I got from CarWow. Being based in Coventry I was a bit worried I would have to somehow get up to Bury to collect the vehicle, but the car was delivered to my home address for no extra charge, which was extremely convenient. Even with delays and issues caused by the chip shortage, 360 were able to get me the car I wanted very quickly, kept me up to date with the order progress and the whole process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car (leasing or cash) to consider purchasing a car from 360 Vehicle Leasing.

Very good service overall. Car competitively priced, the cheapest I could find actually, good order information and delivered on the date requested. I’m rather cautious when purchasing anything online but this company are excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I bought a new Vauxhall Mokka off of Russell. Once the car came into stock it only took a few days to get it sorted and delivered. Spot on, no problems and a good price. Would recommend to anybody.

Ordered a new Ford Focus in late May. Price offered was way better than anywhere in Glasgow area. whereI live. Was contacted promptly and advised that it could take up to four months to receive the car. I was not in a great rush to get a new car so was happy to wait.
Unfortunately due to a shortage of microchips the deal was delayed.
I was made aware of this and a revised date was given.
My new car arrived today, as promised, and I am really pleased with it.
It may have taken a little while to get the car but I am happy to have waited. I saved almost £4,500 pounds compared to local Ford dealers.
If you want a car at a great price and are not needing it immediately then I would recommend 360 vehicle leasing as a good place to start your search.

Others said it all seemed too good to be true but added that it really was that good. I'm a Yorkshireman. 360 is in Bury (Lancashire not Manchester) so I was dubious. I took a chance after seeing the other reviews and I'm very happy that I did! (still dubious about Lancs though). Excellent throughout and many thanks to all at 360.

Many thanks to 360 Vehicle Management for helping me with purchase of my new Ford Transit Custom Trend. This was my first ever van purchase and Chris was really helpful in explaining vehicle options, giving me the confidence that I had all the extras I would need once I came to place the order.
Due to the 2021 global manufacturing issues, I have had to wait over 3 months longer for the vehicle than I had at first expected, but this was no fault of 360, and Chris has kept me fully up to date throughout.
The van arrived earlier this week, on the day I was given for delivery, and everything is completely as expected. Excellent service from both Chris and Vicky (who dealt with invoice / payment etc.), and also an excellent price……..which I think would be very difficult to better.

It was a worry ordering over the internet with an unknown company. Was it all too good to be true?
Well it was good, and it was true! We paid nothing until a few days before. The van arrived on the day, as promised, and the service before and after from Chris has been great.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with the whole process, in this case buying the car outright. Due to the 'chip' shortage it took much longer to complete, but the car has now arrived and meets all expectations. The deliver driver is worth a mention here. He arrived at the scheduled time and took the time to give through explanation of all aspects of the new car.

I’ve given 1 star because there wasn’t an option to leave less !! Having waited almost 12 months for my van being told it’s on its way , I now receive an email saying it’s not going to be built , you didn’t even have the courtesy to call me ( shameful ) Not only ha e you wasted my time but you have now most certainly cost me a lot more money in the process !! I’m am trying to run a business & without my van it’s very difficult ( not that you give a toss! ) I can honestly say your probably the worst company I’ve ever been involved with so well done , so folks if you want a van that actually turns up go elsewhere , trust me you’ll be great full you did

Got a good deal on an MG & within three weeks of ordering, car was delivered.
No deposit was required & only had to pay invoice few days before delivery
Both Russell & Chris were very helpful as too was the delivery driver

I've purchased new cars through brokers and leasing companies before and this has been my best experience so far. All initial contacts were quick and professional and the quote I received was better than all the other brokers. It was also twice as good as the best offer buying directly from the dealership. I can't understand why anyone would want to get ripped off by a dealer when they can use this company. Didn't even have to pick the car up as the price included delivery directly to my home.

Came across this company whilst looking for a 2nd hand transit custom to replace an older works van
Their brand new price wasn't a lot more than good 2nd hand that were around at the time, did some research and there weren't any apparent negatives
Placed an order for a new Transit custom limited and was kept in the loop regularly (lots of hold ups due to brexit, global pandemic pushing things further back, etc) none of which were the fault of 360
Was still very weary of transferring 25k+ to someone I'd never met, but van was delivered this morning as promised, exactly as ordered
Fantastic service from Chris, Russell and Vicky (these were the only ones I dealt with, there may be others worthy of a mention !)
Would have no hesitation recommending, 10 out of 10 👍

We were contacted last night to say our new vehicle could be delivered a day early and arrive that evening. We are thrilled with our new Ford Ranger. I would like to say a big thank you to you, Russell and Vicky for the service you have provided. I will admit, I was a bit nervous about what a good deal you gave us and how smooth and easy the process was. I thought it was too good to be true!
