I ordered my car in June for what I hoped, and was told, would be a September 1st delivery. On the 28th of August I had heard nothing from 360, so I had to phone them to ask if the car was to be delivered. The reply I got was that it was due to be delivered week of 11th September. As it turned out, I got it on the 8th.
I am not in the slightest concerned about the missed delivery date, more about the lack of communication. I should not have to chase a supplier who can’t be bothered to call and inform me of change. Overall, I am happy with the car and the transporter delivery, but I shall not be using 360 in the future.

I purchased a Nissan Leaf from 360 Vehicle Management and I'm very pleased overall with the experience and service offered. Chris, Russell and Vicky provided a smooth purchasing experience and answered any queries I had very quickly. The prices they offer are much more competitive than other companies. Unfortunately there was a hiccup (no fault of 360 Leasing!) but Russ got involved and sorted this out with the dealership - going the extra mile is always a measure of a good firm.

The whole process of ordering my Nissan Qashqai could not have been any easier. I overpaid during bank transaction. Within record time they contacted me and advised my of my error and refunded the difference immediately.

To put my mind at rest regarding sending a large sum to an internet company, they suggested paying a small deposit by credit card which covers you for the whole amount of the purchase ( up to £30,000 I believe ). The car was delivered early on the day arranged with the agreed options, and in good order. A very satisfactory transaction.

I wholehearted agree with all of good reviews for 360 leasing. The team are professional and friendly and thanks to them it took only 3 weeks to order a new car and receive it on my door step. The most important things for us was minimum downtime for engineers and a seamless service. It has certainly been this. Our engineers have not had any downtime, the vehicles look great and Russell has even helped with selling our old vehicles. Great service. Would highly recommend.
