Brilliant service from 360 vehicle leasing, I purchased new Ford Ranger never used a third party before but wouldn’t hesitate to use again, prices more competitive than going direct to Ford dealer and service very personable and nothing was too much trouble. I had a feeling that 360VM's offer on a new Peugeot e-2008 was too good to be true, but (several months after signing the contract) my Peugeot has been delivered, and at the original quoted price. I should point out that the delay was due to COVID 19 lockdowns at the factory, not 360VM who kept me informed at every stage.
I am delighted with my purchase, and pleased to have dealt with such pleasant and professional people.

The whole buying process was relatively seamless and when the new vehicle arrived a little earlier than expected Russell did his best to place my car locally in order to allow me to proceed with it's replacement.

360 Vehicle Management’s knowledge of the industry surpassed others, from the specification changes, increased road fund license to the expected delivery date. You quoted delivery 12-14 weeks and the vehicle arrived 12 weeks and a day after ordering, which was considerably accurate. My only slight criticism would be to suggest 360 email communication between order and delivery to re-assure that the vehicle is still on track. I must finish with stating that I am very happy with both the vehicle and service provided and would highly recommend others to use 360 for their motoring needs.

I ordered my car in June for what I hoped, and was told, would be a September 1st delivery. On the 28th of August I had heard nothing from 360, so I had to phone them to ask if the car was to be delivered. The reply I got was that it was due to be delivered week of 11th September. As it turned out, I got it on the 8th.
I am not in the slightest concerned about the missed delivery date, more about the lack of communication. I should not have to chase a supplier who can’t be bothered to call and inform me of change. Overall, I am happy with the car and the transporter delivery, but I shall not be using 360 in the future.

Unfortunately there was a hiccup (no fault of 360 Leasing!) but Russ got involved and sorted this out with the dealership - going the extra mile is always a measure of a good firm.
