Received the car which is the basic service I would expect. As soon as the car was delivered any questions are answered with 'nothing to do with them.'

Ordered a brand new VW Tiguan in the early part of 2021 and finally received it a few days before Christmas. Delays were due to VW production issues, nothing to do with 360 and couldn’t be helped. Payment didn’t need to be made until just before delivery. The car was much cheaper than if we’d bought from our local VW dealer - who couldn’t get close to the price we paid. We were initially a little nervous about sending the money to an online firm but everything went really smoothly and our new car was delivered on a trailer a few days later. Wouldn’t hesitate to use 360 again. The only minor criticism we have is that updates on wait times could be more proactive bearing in mind we had to wait 8 months for our car, we only received an update if we asked for one. But overall, superb service and highly recommended. We are in love with our new car! Thanks 360!

I found both the purchase and delivery of my VW Transporter Van a no hassle experience. The only delay being with the worldwide shortage of engine management chips.I found Chris and his team courteous and knowledgeable. This was the first time I had bought an unseen vehicle using the internet without meeting the people involved in the sale so I was a wee bit apprehensive, on being given a delivery date I found the vehicle suppliers Lancashire Commercials to be extremely helpful and put my mind at ease by informing me of the number of vehicles that they supplied to 360 Vehicle Leasing. Thanks to Chris and all his team for finding my dream vehicle when no-one else could. Making the experience as easy a possible, I made one phone call and left the rest to them. the vehicle was delivered promptly. I was that impressed with the service we now have a second vehicle on order with them. Moving forward all our company vehicles will be coming for these guys they are effortless to deal with.

From start to finish my experience with all at 360 was excellent the price quoted from chris was the price i paid all the other discount sites i looked at were nowhere the discount 360 obtained for me on my ford kuga phev ,I was informed it would be 12 to 14 weeks delivery but i new from the internet that people where waiting longer, on 12 weeks i was contacted with a delivery date of approx18 weeks and they were spot on the car was delivered on a low loader and had 11 miles on the clock the car was in mint condition delivery chap was really good waited till my inspection was complete so thanks again all at 360.

Excellent service! If you're reading these reviews then like me you are probably a bit wary of purchasing a new car online rather than through a standard dealer. Russell, Chris and Vicky at 360 Vehicle Leasing were all brilliant. No hard sell, they were very open with their pricing/commissions etc and were ~£1000 cheaper than the best offer I got from CarWow. Being based in Coventry I was a bit worried I would have to somehow get up to Bury to collect the vehicle, but the car was delivered to my home address for no extra charge, which was extremely convenient. Even with delays and issues caused by the chip shortage, 360 were able to get me the car I wanted very quickly, kept me up to date with the order progress and the whole process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car (leasing or cash) to consider purchasing a car from 360 Vehicle Leasing.

Very good service overall. Car competitively priced, the cheapest I could find actually, good order information and delivered on the date requested. I’m rather cautious when purchasing anything online but this company are excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I bought a new Vauxhall Mokka off of Russell. Once the car came into stock it only took a few days to get it sorted and delivered. Spot on, no problems and a good price. Would recommend to anybody.

Ordered a new Ford Focus in late May. Price offered was way better than anywhere in Glasgow area. whereI live. Was contacted promptly and advised that it could take up to four months to receive the car. I was not in a great rush to get a new car so was happy to wait.
Unfortunately due to a shortage of microchips the deal was delayed.
I was made aware of this and a revised date was given.
My new car arrived today, as promised, and I am really pleased with it.
It may have taken a little while to get the car but I am happy to have waited. I saved almost £4,500 pounds compared to local Ford dealers.
If you want a car at a great price and are not needing it immediately then I would recommend 360 vehicle leasing as a good place to start your search.

Others said it all seemed too good to be true but added that it really was that good. I'm a Yorkshireman. 360 is in Bury (Lancashire not Manchester) so I was dubious. I took a chance after seeing the other reviews and I'm very happy that I did! (still dubious about Lancs though). Excellent throughout and many thanks to all at 360.

Many thanks to 360 Vehicle Management for helping me with purchase of my new Ford Transit Custom Trend. This was my first ever van purchase and Chris was really helpful in explaining vehicle options, giving me the confidence that I had all the extras I would need once I came to place the order.
Due to the 2021 global manufacturing issues, I have had to wait over 3 months longer for the vehicle than I had at first expected, but this was no fault of 360, and Chris has kept me fully up to date throughout.
The van arrived earlier this week, on the day I was given for delivery, and everything is completely as expected. Excellent service from both Chris and Vicky (who dealt with invoice / payment etc.), and also an excellent price……..which I think would be very difficult to better.

Very pleased with the whole process, in this case buying the car outright. Due to the 'chip' shortage it took much longer to complete, but the car has now arrived and meets all expectations. The deliver driver is worth a mention here. He arrived at the scheduled time and took the time to give through explanation of all aspects of the new car.

I’ve given 1 star because there wasn’t an option to leave less !! Having waited almost 12 months for my van being told it’s on its way , I now receive an email saying it’s not going to be built , you didn’t even have the courtesy to call me ( shameful ) Not only ha e you wasted my time but you have now most certainly cost me a lot more money in the process !! I’m am trying to run a business & without my van it’s very difficult ( not that you give a toss! ) I can honestly say your probably the worst company I’ve ever been involved with so well done , so folks if you want a van that actually turns up go elsewhere , trust me you’ll be great full you did

Got a good deal on an MG & within three weeks of ordering, car was delivered.
No deposit was required & only had to pay invoice few days before delivery
