This was the first time using 360 and i received my van when they said I would. I ordered in march for delivery in December. I must say I wasn't sure who they were or even if It was a scam! But it certainly wasn't and I love my new van. Will definitely be coming back for a new vehicle when I need one. The team at 360 were all very helpful.

Competitive pricing and very supportive customer service. I had previously only purchased new cars from a dealership/showroom so this was my 1st experience of buying a new uk sourced vehicle on the internet. Chris responded to any email questions in a speedy way and my new car was delivered exactly as ordered. I would certainly recommend 360 to other prospective customers.

Chris and his team at 360 Vehicle Leasing surpassed my expectations when they dealt with my (delayed) car order. Chris is a straight shooter who deeply cares about his business reputation and went over and above the call of duty in making sure my order was processed (after many delays) and to cut into his profit margin to protect me from an unexpected price increase which was beyond anyone's control. My experience has changed any misconceptions I had about leasing companies, and I cannot recommend 360 Vehicle Leasing highly enough. I ordered my Ford Ranger with a competitor in November 2021 and after a few delays on delivery (March 22, Sep 22 then Oct 22) and at the end of October the company cancelled my order completely. I rang 360 Vehicle Management and spoke with Chris Smith for a quote. Within hours I’d had a quote for a Ranger to my amazement, the same spec as original order and delivery of 4/6 weeks!!! I placed my order but have to admit I was very dubious that the delivery would be met. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, from the moment I contacted Chris to receiving my car on 23/11/22. I would recommend 360 whole heartedly. I only wish I’d have found them in November 2021…..Tim

Got to say this company excelled in every way throughout the process of purchasing my new Ford Ranger. This was an outright purchase, first time online, what was quoted was what I paid 10 months later. Russell was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Always answered the phone very promptly on approx the 15 times I called!
Took receipt of my van this morning and all was in order, delivery guy was on time and also knowledgeable and talked me through everything. Why everyone doesn't use this company and save themselves a lot of money.

First time buying a new car, online or otherwise - Purchased a MG5 through 360 vehicle leasing Ltd outright. Initial enquiry leading to contract was simple and straightforward. Contact throughout the wait for delivery was frequent and informative and the final purchase was straightforward and relatively simple, the car being delivered within the estimated timeframe with payment only needing to be made a few days before delivery.
I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

Just taken delivery of a new ford ranger the truck was deliverd as stated on time with no issues. Was a bit unsure about purchasing from a company via the Internet as always used main dealers but it was straight forward with good communication throughout and a big saving on the price quoted from my local dealers thanks everyone at 360

I used 360 for a purchase of a new car.
I contacted 360 via the website and then had a phone call. They sent me a quotation for the cost and an approximate delivery date, both of which I was happy with.
There is no deposit to pay, just the signing of the contract to agree the purchase cost.
I was contacted two weeks before delivery with advice for checking the vehicle on the day of the delivery and making payment for the vehicle.
I personally found the whole think seamless and would am happy to recommend their services. I purchase a new vehicle every three years and expect to be returning in three years' time for my next vehicle.
I would say the most important thing is to check the vehicle very carefully on arrival, I just did a quick check and on washing the vehicle the following day i found a couple of light scratches to the bonnet and offside pillar along with a stone chip to the paint work on the bumper. The scratches were easily removed, although the paint chip will require a paint technician to rectify this problem. Even with the above I still recommend the company as I doubt you will find a better deal elsewhere.

Buying a new car with 360 vehicle leasing was straight forward and I got a great discount compared to dealer prices. At first I was a little apprehensive spending so much money with a company I'd never heard of and which was Internet based only but I needn't have worried. The only issue I had was the long wait for my car but that was 100% down to the car manufacturer so I can't blame this company. In summary I would not hesitate in buying a new car again from this company - great service and prices!

Brilliant company! I ordered my new car with them as they offered the best price for a outright purchase. No deposit was needed, therefore I didn’t have any worries. Russel and Chris kept me up to date about manufacturing delays. Eventually my car was delivered in perfect condition to my home address.
