The World Heart Federation devised 'World Heart Day' to help people become aware that deaths from heart disease and strokes can be avoided. It is all about becoming healthier and looking after our bodies the best we can.

Keeping your weight at a healthy level and eating healthy food plays a huge part in keeping your heart happy and healthy.
