We all start the new year with the best intentions - and Hannah of Cambridge Weight Plan was no different in years gone by...
This week is National Obesity Awareness Week, which is pretty timely as many of us feel the effects of the Christmas excesses. So many of us make the promise to ourselves that this year will be different, this year will be the year to lose that weight and we make countless New Year's Resolutions saying exactly that.
But the growing problem in the UK (we see it in the headlines most weeks) is that so many of us are officially classed as obese and this is a huge issue for public health - the strain on the NHS as a result of obesity related illnesses such a diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks and liver problems is escalating year on year.
National Obesity Awareness Week is a national call to action. The week takes place from 12-18 January 2015, and Cambridge are proud partners of the campaign. It is intended to put the obesity problem in the national spotlight, and to promote positive change – improving the health of individuals and families, and providing information, inspiration and support to those who are overweight or obese.
Now is the time to take control and make a difference - for good.
Hannah says "I tried every diet that ever hit the headlines - it might work for a while but then it just crept back on again!! That was until I found Cambridge...
Cambridge works and the big plus is that the weight stays off.
I truly believed that if I can do it, then so can you. I am there to support you every step of the way. Just give me a call - I work from home but am flexible to travel to you too.
You can look and feel great - so take that first step today."
