Took my Eldery mum for her birthday today . What an amazing place ! The staff are super friendly and very attentive . The food was just delicious! With an extensive menu !<br>The atmosphere with the pianist is just lovely . We will definitely return

My first visit today, and I was pleasantly impressed. Lovely clean spacious airy restaurant . Polite friendly staff and the 3 course set meal was delicious and amazing value for money .<br>Well worth a journey from Trafford.

Had cod special and haddock special which both included chips, mushy peas, bread and butter and a pot of tea for two which provided a good 2 cups each. Cost jait under £30. We've got big appetites and there was more than enough for us. Don't know what tea bags they use but it was the best cuppa I've had in ages.<br>Service was polite and effeccient and it was a nice ,clean and comfortable environment.<br>Everything was spot on. Can't believe I've only just been for the first time today.<br>If you like unpretentious, well cooked food with polite service I'd recommend. Shout out to the young waiter who served us whose manners were impeccable.

Went here for a team lunch. We were provided with a lovely big table in an area with lots of natural light and they did a good job to make sure we were served quickly. Food - rag pudding - was delicious and the mini three course set lunch was excellent value.
