A real hidden gem in Bolton for food, atmosphere and like no other dining experience you will have ever had.
The staff are amazing. Especially the little human man manager with the warm greeting and service and dazzling smile. It is unique. And there is a very grand piano that people can randomly get up and play like my dearest friend Andy Yates and his daughter Sylvia. They enchanted us all with The Snowman. A really wonderful warming wintertime time 🎄Definitley going back soon.

I literally will not got anywhere else for chips, my dad especially loves the fish (takeaway) and I think the chips are the best Bolton has to offer. Lovely curry sauce and the peas are good as well.

My first time here and I was most impressed with the stylish decor and friendly service. I was particularly taken with the conservatory, a light, bright and sunny room. Everything looked spotlessly clean including the toilets. A more extensive menu that I was expecting, not just fish and chips but pizza, moussaka and traditional desserts such as syrup sponge and custard. My only reservation were the chips, they were a good colour but not as crisp as I would have liked. They weren't soggy but soft. I had the homemade cheese and onion pie with chips and beans and I can definitely recommend it. My husband had the haddock and said it was delicious. They're also licensed so you can have a cheeky glass of wine or beer with your meal.

Came as part of a coach party. Had a pensioners fish and chips with bread and a cup of tea. Food was excellent and so was the service, staff are welcoming and friendly and do everything they can for you. Would recommend 100%

Staff are very welcoming, polite and also hold the door open for you which is very good of them.

You can walk in or book your table.
Quality is not the best, and the front of house staff appear to look constantly fed up,
The best part is the Olympus chippy next door for which I would personally give four stars,but again can be expensive

Visited on a Saturday afternoon on our way to the theatre. Was a lovely find and the walk to the restaurant is actually nice too through the town. The staff were friendly and the food was nice. My son asked for extra gravy and it was no problem for the kitchen and manager. The surroundings are nice and I can imagine it is a good atmosphere in the evening.

This had been a long-standing favourite for me and my family over the years. Five starts for nostalgia, however the food quality has declined over the years. That said, I still like visiting and the team of people that work there are top. Olympus.
