Visited today as part of a coach trip with Kings Norton Coaches. We were personally greeted and welcomed in. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly sociable sense of humour. All staff were very professional and courteous. Food was great, perfect portion size, served at the table with a lovely tartar sauce and bread and butter and a cup of tea . Can thoroughly recommend. We were a large party and we were all served together and the food was piping hot. Thank you for the pergect ending to our day out.

Went there today on a busy Saturday. Greeted really well and very fast service for a sit-down meal. Food was excellent and really nice to have a pianist playing real music, reminiscent of great bygone times.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Went with 2 friends on Saturday, staff were friendly and very welcoming. The pianist was a lovely addition to the experience. Very clean and the service was 2nd to none. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend going, I will definitely be going back.

Got a table straightaway and didn't have to wait long for the meal to come. Great-tasting fish and chips. Live music on the piano made for a nice lunchtime meal.

Took my Eldery mum for her birthday today . What an amazing place ! The staff are super friendly and very attentive . The food was just delicious! With an extensive menu !

Had cod special and haddock special which both included chips, mushy peas, bread and butter and a pot of tea for two which provided a good 2 cups each. Cost jait under £30. We've got big appetites and there was more than enough for us. Don't know what tea bags they use but it was the best cuppa I've had in ages.

If you like unpretentious, well cooked food with polite service I'd recommend. Shout out to the young waiter who served us whose manners were impeccable.
