Stayed on 22nd march, everything was perfect, the room was very big and spacious. The hotel situated in good spot in view of rivington pike. Breakfast was nice, Katie was very helpful and the service was quick. Will definately stay again.

I had a lunch meeting here today and it was lovely experience. Irene was very attentive and looked after us. The food was delicious too, it was nice to be able to choose from several veggie options!

Stayed at the Mercure Georgian Hotel in Bolton and had a really pleasant, easy stay. The hotel is comfortable with a cosy feel, and everything was pretty much hassle-free. Ryan in the bar/restaurant stood out—friendly, attentive, and made sure things were well looked after without any fuss. Overall, a solid place to stay and I’d happily come back.

Have stayed here before and always found it to be a great stay. Today my colleague and I popped in for lunch and to get some work done.

I was attending a training course and would like to give a big thank you to Julie who made sure I had wonderful gluten free snacks. She was also very help with other to issues I needed help with. She was very friendly and always had a smile.

Great hotel, decor can be a little dated in rooms but always clean. Comfy beds, hot showers, beautiful countryside views. Staff are always polite and on hand when needed. Gem (receptionist) very helpful and always greets you with big smile. Access to gym facilities whilst staying a bonus (although I haven’t used it’s good to know they are there)

Rooms a dated & are in need of a refresh with plug sockets/charge points needed close to beds
Family room needs more plug sockets as not all devices could be charged
Breakfast is good with Lydia being one of the most polite & helpful members of staff I have encountered in any hotel I’ve stayed in & I stay away every week for work

Overall a good experience yet room for improvements.
Parts of the hotel, especially in the room and in the restaurant, we're looking quite tired.
Loo roll extremely cheap, which, in my opinion leaves room for thought of what else has been skimped on.
