Use this venue regularly for work events. Everything is always well organised and equipped. Today Julie has been fantastic at looking after us and ensuring that we have everything we need. She even helped us out when our day didn't quite go to plan.

Attended a course here today within one of the conference rooms and it was great. Julie was especially exceptional. Nothing was too much for her, and she made she that we were accommodated for, and made for a very friendly atmosphere. She’s definitely an asset.!

I had my wedding on Saturday and it was the best day of my life they couldn't do enough for us rochelle and all the staff where amazing so if anybody is getting married go and look at the hotel as you will not be disappointed the food was amazing really good value for money and the hotel room was lovely and really good value for money thank you all so much xx

I was not staying overnight this time, but for two weeks used the conference facilities. The first floor coffee machine was mostly broken whenever I wanted a coffee. I'd report it daily to reception, but it was rarely fixed promptly, and never for more than a few hours. I'd be sent downstairs to the breakfast restaurant...
