There is a negative review in relation to our wedding vow renewal however this person did not attend our wedding.
Our 25th wedding vow renewal was the best day of our lives. This was made possible by Rochelle.
The booking had been made two years ago and every step of the way Rochelle has been nothing but helpful, polite, professional and hard working.
There was nothing that Rochelle and her team would not do for us. Everything went perfectly and everybody has said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to.
The food was excellent, the room was beautiful and the staff were on everything that people wanted.
Rochelle is excellent in her job and goes the extra mile, and works extremely long hours. Rochelle never stop being you and keep up the professionalism and excellent hard work.

It’s a lovely hotel, in a great location - a few minutes drive from Bolton Wanderers’ ground and other places of interest.
The food is good, and there’s a great swimming pool and gym.
Special mention to Simon and Kelly from the Feel Good team; friendly and helpful.
I’d recommend the hotel to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!

3/5. A nice hotel in need of some TLC, but we had a good stay. I'd return again.
The whole hotel was very dog friendly, including in the restaurant and bar; couldn't have asked for more on that front. We paid £15 per dog per stay (not per night) with two dogs, which felt quite reasonable.
The rooms were dated and in need of sprucing up, but clean, quiet, and comfortable, with lovely hot showers over a deep bath.
The food was pricey, and hit and miss. Had one good meal (linguini), and one bland and disappointing meal (chicken burger). There are lots of other restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity to make up for that though.
As a short notice booking paying ~£80/night it felt OK value for money. If you can book further out and pay less it'd be good value.

The Feel Good facility is a great asset to the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Simon the manager who goes the extra mile to ensure using the pool, gym or classes are an enjoyable experience. Thank you the Feel Good team 👍🏻

Hotel is a little old but priced accordingly. Staff were amazing, helped us with our provisions which needed chilling, gym and pool staff were also fantastic. Took a great keep fit class too

5* for me. Hospitality great, staff are very welcoming and will have a chat with you. Assitance to your room if needed, welcomed with a smile :).

Just had a meeting there so didn’t use a bedroom. Nice friendly staff, it’s clean, ample parking and quiet. I’d recommend a stay there.

Does what it says on the tin. A little dated and " lived in", it is nevertheless comfortable and clean.
The room was well appointed with all the necessary things including hot beverage facilities, iron and board, hair drier, etc.. The bed was very comfortable and, along with being a quiet room (440), gave me a restful night.
Food was good; a limited menu for some, perhaps, but it doesn't pretend to be a "gastro-establishment" so there is plenty really. Very well presented and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was excellent, and set me up for the day. The buffet is extensive, and the coffee very nice!
Used the health facilities which were well run and clean, but did show their age a little. Be aware they are open to external membership and not just residents. Very good though.
Check in and out was simple and quick and all the staff were very helpful and polite.
All is all, a very good experience that I would happily recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay. The staff were amazing, left feeling I had made friends. I will return just to see the lovely staff! Excellent breakfast, reasonable prices. Pool, sauna and steam room lovely. Very enjoyable stay

Came here for a 3 night stay, on my own for the 1st time in 31 years....what a fabulous time I had. Upgraded to a premier suite which was very comfortable. The staff are amazing...big shout out to Chris, Zoe and Irene..made my stay wonderful. Breakfast was amazing..I'm sad to be leaving but I will return! Thanks to everyone for a fantastic stay

My daughter Rebecca had booked a room for us to stay overnight whilst attending the Pink concert. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and the breakfast selection was undoubtedly the best I've ever seen anywhere. Highly recommended. Good job guys.

Ideally situated for Bolton stadium, although it is on a main road and the traffic can be busy. Large hotel, room decor slightly outdated, rooms clean and spacious. Nice little bar and good food.
