Came to celebrate rock choir Christmas party, 2nd year on the trot! Kim the bar lady was fabulous! Made sure we had everything we needed, was super friendly and have incredible service, what more could I ask for!!! Thank you for making our night even more special!! 😍😍

We have just arrived home from a wonderful stay at Mercure Bolton, from the moment we arrived until we left this hotel team looked after our needs, the rooms we had were clean comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and filling. Katie from the function team went above and beyond to help us while we were here, thank you so much ❤️
