We stayed at Mercure Bolton Georgian House Hotel for 2 nights with inclusive breakfast.
As many people have highlighted in previous reviews, other hotels may have better quality rooms. However for us the important factors were the fact it was quiet and the staff were polite, approachable and above all helpful.
For example the rooms we had did not have air conditioning so we requested a couple of fans which were promptly brought up. It was the same for any other issues/ requests we had. The rooms we had were clean and serviced daily unless you decide otherwise.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, largely for to the staff.

Lovely Afternoon tea, Julie and Katie were kind to my poorly husband and looked after us really well. Food was gorgeous, highly recommended xx

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel the room was beautiful very spacious and comfortable we had a really good night sleep
David the manager was fabulous and helped us out with a problem we had and I cannot thank him enough
Breakfast was amazjng too and the staff were so friendly and helpful

Stayed on 22nd march, everything was perfect, the room was very big and spacious. The hotel situated in good spot in view of rivington pike. Breakfast was nice, Katie was very helpful and the service was quick. Will definately stay again.

Loo roll extremely cheap, which, in my opinion leaves room for thought of what else has been skimped on.

I had a lunch meeting here today and it was lovely experience. Irene was very attentive and looked after us. The food was delicious too, it was nice to be able to choose from several veggie options!

Stayed at the Mercure Georgian Hotel in Bolton and had a really pleasant, easy stay. The hotel is comfortable with a cosy feel, and everything was pretty much hassle-free. Ryan in the bar/restaurant stood out—friendly, attentive, and made sure things were well looked after without any fuss. Overall, a solid place to stay and I’d happily come back.

I was attending a training course and would like to give a big thank you to Julie who made sure I had wonderful gluten free snacks. She was also very help with other to issues I needed help with. She was very friendly and always had a smile.

Great hotel, decor can be a little dated in rooms but always clean. Comfy beds, hot showers, beautiful countryside views. Staff are always polite and on hand when needed. Gem (receptionist) very helpful and always greets you with big smile. Access to gym facilities whilst staying a bonus (although I haven’t used it’s good to know they are there)
