Rooms are dated. No plugs near the bed which really doesn't work in this day and age. Staff were brilliant though and on the whole a perfect place to stop over en route to Scotland. Excellent value.Dog friendly too.

Rooms could do with an upgrade but well maintained. Food is good. Staff are lovely. Our server Ryan was very attentive and strikes up a good conversation. Location is fab as just over the road from Middlebrook, with shops & restaurants. Overall worth a stay.

Ryan is absolutely fantastic. Lovely bloke and extremely polite. The rooms are standard, but well maintained, clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is served fresh every morning with a variety of choice and the evening meals are ordered to a time of your choice. The food is as expected and the staff are marvellous.

Yesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. I had dropped my car off, at a garage, in a different town miles from home. I entered the hotel and was kindly greeted by a lovely lady, who could clearly see I needed just a little help to get sorted. This lady was so kind and caring so I asked her name. The lady replied. “Irene”. I thanked her greatly for how warm and inviting she was towards me.

Welcoming staff, room to park, easy access and well swrviced by excellent, friendly staff. Venue was beautifully decorated and the music chosen by the DJ was fantastic. A brilliant night had by all . A big thanks from us all.
