Had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff is extremely kind, polite, and helpful. A special mention to Sahil, who helped me with my check-in and luggage. He has a wonderful personality, excellent manners, and a genuinely warm and welcoming nature. His hospitality made my stay even more pleasant. Truly appreciate the amazing service and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit avant d’aller sur Blackpool. Le prix payé était très raisonnable. Le seul point d’amélioration est l’état général très ancien de l’hôtel. Que cela soit les couloirs ou la chambre, c’est propre mais très vieux. Les avantages de notre statut ont été respectés. Pour une nuit, c’est suffisant. Attention, la piscine de l’hôtel n’existe plus depuis 18 mois.

What a gem we've found !!! Irene at the coffee bar at the hotel. My family and I love to go for drinks there , and it's made even more lovely when Irene serves us. She is an absolute gem. She bends over backwards to please us. Nothing is too much trouble. Wish more people were like her. Just wish you had biscuits and cakes to go with our coffee's. Any chance that would be possible? You can't beat cake and a coffee ☕️🍰❤️

Staying at the tired Mercure at Blackrod, was looking forward to using the swimming pool and maybe booking a massage like we’ve done on so many other occasions while staying here visiting family but the pool is out of use and there’s currently no leisure facilities available. There’s been no alteration to prices to account for this however. Rooms are looking very old, Ryan gave us great service on the bar last night though and I managed to get my hair cut by the lovely Becca. Shame we probably won’t stay here again unless a big refurb is due and those facilities get re-established!

Used this hotel as an overnight stop to break our journey south from Scotland. Good location not far from the M61. Comfortable standard Mercure hotel rooms and a pleasant bar. Bar food is of a decent standard with good service from Ryan.

I would like to say what an amazing hotel this is . I use it regularly for business meetings and to work or chill. The staff are always friendly and wanting to help distantly Irene a long standing staff member she is exceptional. Helpful attentive every time I enter the hotel. She is a credit to your hotel !!!!
