What an efficient dealership right from the friendly call to remind me of the appointment to have my car serviced and MOT. Upon arrival we were greeted and made welcome and offered refreshments. The front of house staff (Helen, Gail & Natali) gave the impression that nothing was a problem for them. Before handing over my key everything about the servicing was explained fully. we then left to go and visit the word famous Bury Market, whilst there I received a call letting me know what was happening with my car and when it would be ready for collection.
On arrival again made welcome by the staff and the car was ready. The car not only been serviced & MOT it had also been valeted The whole process was very efficient and professional THANK YOU Lexus Bolton

What an experience ! I have never bought a car without seeing one before!!!! Wow ! What an experience - I was shown a video of the car I wanted to buy. It was comprehensively described whilst recorded expertly by the sales man, nathaniel. He worked well to secure the deal I wanted . I was contented with the sale although I would have liked to have secured a couple of free services just to add the icing on the cake ( never mind!!!). I live in Leeds but bought the car in Bolton before viewing or test driving it as I had complete trust and integrity with RRG. ( I remember them When they were called Radcliffe Road Garage 25-30 years ago when I lived in Bolton ). In summary. The deal was well above satisfactory (the word 'outstanding' comes to mind)the company had an unquestionably superb reputation and the sales man was a real nemesis! I would certainly consider this garage again in the future when I decide to change my car again. Highly and thoroughly recommended. Dr S.

Just picked up another Lexus from Lexus Bolton and my wife Sue and I couldn't be happier with our new (to us) car. Candice in sales made great efforts to make the deal run smoothly and her warm and professional manner was appreciated by both of us to make for an entirely stress free experience.
The paperwork was dealt with with minimum of fuss and Candice kept us up to date with progress from the initial test drive to signing on the dotted line and driving away in our car a week later. We bought a Lexus approved used car but felt as though we were treated as having bought a new car.
Having been with Lexus Bolton for the last five years and having experience of both Sales and Service over that time we would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.

Excellent friendly staff, very welcoming. The receptionist welcomed me upon arrival and after I identified myself asked me to take a seat and offered me a beverage. When a member of the service staff became available, she walked across to me with the paperwork for signature and accompanied me to the courtesy car which was in excellent condition. Collection of the car upon completion of the service was also a very pleasant experience. I would like to mention Helen, Gail and Natali who made my experience at Lexus Bolton very enjoyable

My Lexus was due for annual service this week. The car was collected from my house in Lytham St.Annes in the morning and returned late afternoon. The car has bee thoroughly cleaned both inside and out and everything is in perfectly working order. I am very happy with service provided. I am on a service plan which makes paying for the services easier,

Really nice dealership. Friendly and accommodating. I waited for my car to be serviced and was able to use a desk that Natalie pointed out so was able to make best use of my time whilst waiting.
Nothing was too much trouble and Natalie, Helen and Gail made me feel really welcome. My car was checked and serviced properly & it was lovely and clean when finished. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Using our daughter's email.I took the 450rx in today for a modification.Even though a courtesy car was provided,Gail explained that it would be ready in 2 hours,so would I prefer to wait?So I did and was supplied with repeated offers of tea/coffee by another charming lady who was answering the telephone.After a short wait of 75 minutes Gail announced that my car was ready,cleaned and refuelled!

Lexus Bolton pampers each individual car, when you leave your car is purring, feeling good to drive which makes you!( the car owner) felling proud! My car was making a funny noise, I mentioned it to Dave Horrocks, he arranged to see my car to investigate the problem. After investigation Dave knew exactly what the problem was , he booked the car in. I arrived at Lexus Bolton, Fran welcomed me sat me down and had a coffee ready! Helen automatically had the paper work ready, so I could sign ,
my car then went through a full examination (MRSA can to us!) The car was in the workshop for two hours and more! (You automatically think the worst) But Helen comes out with a big smile! Your fears are ill illuminated. Thank you so much x

Lexus Bolton carried out the service on my car they dropped me off in Bolton so I could do a little shopping and picked me up when the car was ready the car was clean and ready for me to go

Just been to lexus Bolton with my lexus Ls600hl for a diagnostic. What can I say, not only are the ladies Gail, Natalie and Helen welcoming and courteous the whole team are excellent .
Big thankyou to josh, the technician, he certainly has 100% customer service skills, don't lose him guys.
Got the car back and was happy as Larry, whoever he is. All the clips that hold the plastic trims in the engine bay, had been replaced ...... some were missing....... even got a wash and vac !!!
not only are lexus quality cars but, the after care is exceptional........

Great service from Lexus Bolton yesterday when I took my car for a service. It was booked in at the last minute as my service was overdue and I wanted to get it done before making a long journey this week. Booking in was easy, the work completed quickly and efficiently and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Gail and Rachel. Happy with the car and with the service I have received, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

You would expect that when you turn up with a nine year old car, that they may treat you a little less kindly than if you had just bought a new car, but not at all. The car has been looked after and services throughout its life by Lexus and has benefited from continuous warranty plans.
I have been treated superbly by all the staff involved, from receptionists Nat and Fran, to my service manager Gail Topping and the feedback from their excellent service team. The car comes back beautifully cleaned and valeted and continues to drive like new.
The Lexus warranty proving to perfectly suited, as a leaky shock absorber and a ceased break caliper (non of which I was aware of when I called in) were replaced free of charge under the warranty, saving me hundreds of pounds and proving the value of paying for the warranty.
My thanks again to all the team, I would happily recommend the car (GS 450H) and Lexus to all my friends, simply the best car I have ever owned and the best vehicle service and support I have ever received from any car service centre in my decades of driving.

I am a new Lexus owner & customer having purchased my first Lexus just a week ago from Lexus Bolton.
Everyone who I have dealt with up to now has been excellent, from the centre hosts who are so helpful to the service team and parts manager, Alan. They have all been really efficient and the service has been really high but friendly too.
The sales specialist that I have dealt with from my first visit to actually collecting my car was Ryan who has been brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble & it was a pleasure dealing with him. He arranged everything from initial advice to lengthy test drives and then, when I had decided on the vehicle for me, made the purchase & handover day really easy and enjoyable.
I would certainly recommend Lexus Bolton to anyone. Car purchasing and service just as you hope it would be.

Excellent service as per usual from reception through to Gail on service reception, kept me updated during the day with videos showing what needed doing, wheel alignment, hardly major! I had spoken to Jeffrey, who has sold me my last 3 Lexus, to ask whether he could arrange a CT as a courtesy car as my partner is looking to change her car, it was there as requested.
Gail advised me that it was going to the wash and would be about 30 minutes, 5 minutes to pay and away.
I have a few friends that have various Lexus models all from Lexus Bolton, all serviced there, would and do recommend to people.
