We had our wedding in March in the Penny Farthing Suite at The Last Drop Village, BOLTON. We were treated like VIP's from the moment we viewed the room. We have nothing but happy memories of EVERYTHING. Nothing was too much trouble. Our telephone calls and emails were answered immediately. All the staff have a smile for you. Our Wedding Planners made sure our wedding flowed smoothly, ensuring we had the most perfect day. They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions. So friendly and their knowledge and expertise was second to none. The food was 5* and even now, our guests are still raving about how good the food was. Our guests were very impressed and we also found it very reassuring that, our wedding planners were on hand during the day. We cannot think of 1 thing that we would do differently. If we could do it all again, we would not change a thing.

Just an amazing place to stay from all the staff to the rooms and food and spa just a great place to chill out and relax will be definitely going back and will be recommending it to all family and friends

Food, rooms and service was the highest of standard. The place is easy to get around. The oub artist that Friday evening was shocking but I believe this is a new trial in the drop Inn and was told he wouldn't be returning. I lobe what they are doing it is a pub pub and the atmosphere is brilliant

Spa facilities and massage good. Spa setting was terrible right in the middle of a new housing estate, sat in the outside hot tub staring onto a car park and peoples back gardens not my idea of relaxation. Rooms and areas of hotel dated needs a freshen up, evening meal not great, breakfast okay

A lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff
Location was very good . Central for all our needs.. Also local taxi service was very good & was clean, on time & reasonable

We got an excellent deal here: The beer's good in the pub, though no draught Porter, and the pool and sauna were excellent. The rooms were also good. A nice weekend. Recommended. Stu

The staff were great, friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed the thermal pool and swimming pool area. Would be nice if possible to be able to sit in the pool area with drinks.

All staff were lovely and friendly , easy check in and check out . Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice . Spa facilities were good although time was limited at busier times this wasn’t a problem , very relaxing time on Mothers Day

Only downside was the spa reception staff,claiming we did not have a booking even despite showing them our confirmation e-mail then being asked to leave spa area after 15 minutes despite it being a one hour session
Ensure you keep all your e-mails regarding booking of spa times as proof

We had already planned to get married here after we had a walk round with Liz the wedding planner and instantly fell in love with the place. We chose to stay here for my fiancées birthday and we loved it. It has made us know for certain that we have made the right choice.
Really love this hotel and it has made us look forward to the wedding even more

They built houses around the last drop village where there used tobe fields, my stay the last drop village, was very relaxing staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was really tasty and hot. Loved my room very comfy bed. Will be coming back again

Our stay was excellent. Hotel catered for a family visit including our dog very well. Reception was friendly, personable and professional. Family room was really good. Use of spa and gym made the stay very good value. Excellent breakfast

Lovely hotel spa is fab food is great staff lovley overall fab stay never had an issues staying here I would recommend only thing I would say is to keep the spa open later on the weekends aswell as week days. Look forward to my next stay here.

I choose the hotel because of the spa and trust me I was not disappointed at all. The experience was so relaxing, refreshing, revitalizing. I felt so good. Promised to book same for my sister and I would definitely come back.

Visited for a wedding fayre lovely place shame the shop area wasn't much open new houses being built nearby look lovely lots of people walking their dogs good views can't comment on rooms as didn't stay.

Yes the breakfast was great
Well I had a fish bone in my sea bass and nearly choked on it. When I mentioned it to the staff the young girl just took the plate and said that she would tell the chef. Never came back to apologise or say anything at all. Didn’t won’t to make a fuss so just left it but it was very disappointing and quite frankly rude.
