Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. The facilities great. Loved the spa area with the outdoor hot tub. The food excellent. The only downfall was the pool which is on the small side when you have to keep dodging the kids splashing about. But this didn't spoil the stay.

Went for a spa day which was lovely and relaxing, however I am only giving it 3 stars just because I wouldn't exactly call it luxurious. The pool is more like a sports centre pool with a couple of sun loungers round the side. There were swimming lessons going on in one lane - thank god we were having our treatments when the kids lessons started in the afternoon! Nothing against kids or anything but I go for a spa day for child free time, not to listen to other people's kids making a racket!
The thermal suit was nice and I loved the hot pool which opens up to the outside. BUT the view is terrible, right onto the car park and road up to the hotel! It would be better if they at least planted a hedge or something to block this!
The treatment itself was lovely, I had a full body massage and the treatment room was very nice.
I would also like to comment on the food in the hotel restaurant /bar. I would give that a 2 star review if I were to do it separately. I had an egg sandwich which tasted like it was made with salad cream instead of mayonnaise, on slightly dry bread. We also ordered a 'garlic flat bread' which was actually just a pitta bread(!) with some garlic butter and cheese on, also it was hard round the edges as if it had been microwaved! I would have been embarrassed to serve that up when I worked on a restaurant!

Well we arrived here last night after being diverted to Manchester airport instead of Glasgow the staff were at the door to help with luggage and room allocation! Taking order's for dinner. The room was lovely, spotless and really cosy! The staff are really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent!

We came here around 10 years ago and it has changed quite a bit since then, there is now quite a nice looking modern spa here. The stores to the rear of the hotel are still as quaint as we remembered and the cafe is still great quality. Though from the car park at the front it looks like you can't really go beyond the hotel due to a no entry sign on a gate post but this is only directed at cars not pedestrians. Still a nice little hideaway.

I visited last drop village hotel & spa for a tour of the location to consider having my wedding there. The staff were all incredibly polite and friendly, always served with a smile, and actually have personalities instead of just being there for the money. The entire hotel is very well presented and maintained, with a great gym and spa available to guests, with both an indoor and outdoor pool! Whilst we didn't stay the night, we saw the rooms and found them to be standard rooms for a hotel, with more than enough room to sleep comfortably. There are several function rooms available too, all of varying sizes. Able to host as little as 30 people up to hundreds. We personally looked at the harmony suite, and found it to be perfect for what we needed! Definitely a hotel and spa that I would recommend to anyone in greater Manchester, Lancashire, or anyone just passing through!

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Has spa facilities about which I overheard some complimentary remarks. Meals were good and well presented.
My only complaint relates to the lack of a lift as I was on the top floor and I am no longer young.
Would definitely stay again if I had a room lower down

Visited the tea room for my Grandma's birthday with a party of 4. Ample parking along with a nice setting and exterior contrasted with a very uninspiring interior. Pleasant enough staff and a good selection of food; the sandwiches and scones were tasty but expensive for what they were, with the tea and coffee unfortunately falling short of the mark.

This is an excellent venue for a wedding set in nice grounds built around the original Last Drop Village setting with cobblestones, fountain and well.
The rooms are very reasonably priced especially when the full English breakfast is included.
The Spa facilities are also very good with modern facilities.

Stayed here for a wedding between Christmas and New year. Had a fantastic time. Only down side was the bizarre way you get locked out of the buildings after checkout times. We had to walk all the way round thd outside of the hotel in the snow. Maybe they should think about covering those walkways with glass. I understand why they do it bit not good especially with young kids in tow. That said would stay here again but would be more prepared 😁

Last Drop Village is a great place for a relaxing get away. The rooms are lovely, large and in a great setting. The pool and spa area is great, I love chilling out in the warm water while watching it snow or looking at the stars . The Bar area and restaurant have friendly helpful staff.

Quaint touristy village with great photo opportunities. Pub was closed on our visit. Cafe was dated and average food but lovely staff. Excellent gift shop with great variety of merchandise. Worth a visit for this shop. There is a hotel and spa here but we never tried them.

Went for the WLC auction. Was quite busy but good. Hoped there would be more security around drunk people as some were causing a issue in front of us for other people near by but in a room with that many people I can see why it was difficult. Parking was fine, drinks were reasonably priced although we only had soft drinks so can't speak for alcoholic beverages.

Lovely hotel with great spa facilities. The staff are warm, friendly and professional. The rooms are above standard and clean. The hotel is much larger than it looks and has some lovely grounds. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall Good. But could have been better. A few areas looked as though they could have been cleaner and redecorated. There was an extensive brown mouldy area on the ceiling at the entrance to the spa area and the skirting in the ladies toilet was broken off and mouldy. There was also no toilet roll in the ladies toilet. The Reception at the Spa (not the main hotel) could have been slightly better staffed as when we arrived at around 11am the young lady was trying to juggle between dealing with us, a few other guests and answering phone calls. We thought some areas could have easily been improved to add to the overall experience. For example, the view from the infinity pool was a car park, and cars were regularly pulling up and parking right in front of it. Also, the view from the refreshment area was a rooftop with scafolding type railing. Even a few plant pots would have improved this.
I booked to have a one hour facial as part of a package deal with two friends who both had a full body massage. We all agreed the treatments were excellent! The ladies were professional and smartly dressed and the young lady called Rosie who provided my facial was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the most relaxing experiences i've had and my skin feels amazing. I would go back but probably only when it was on offer. I would definately reccomend the facial. The food at the tea room was nice and reasonably priced plus we got a 20% discount as part of the offer. The shakes were delicious.
I had a relaxing day with great friends and the best facial ever!! (Thanks for booking girls).
And Thanks Rosie.

Birthday treat for my papa.
Thank you so much for upgrading my dad's room for his birthday. He really enjoyed his dinner, bed and breakfast and was wowed by the size of the room. A million thanks, just that small thing, well, it really meant a lot and you guys are awesome.

Ok but could do with a little bit of refurbishment, simple things like new shower heads as the one in our bathroom was clogged with lime scale. Also hot and cold taps on the sink didn't match. This didn't affect our stay but like I said simple things that don't cost much.

Visited for an appointment in a conference room. There was no lights in the corridor and felt like I was being led into the cellar.... I can't comment on rooms as we didn't stay. Reception area clean and tidy. Staff pleasant enough.

Rooms are a good size, clean, tastefully decorated. Nice big TV and USB plugs are a nice touch. Let down by the bathroom which is tired and dated and the shower a bit wonky. Free WiFi didn't extend to rooms 57-59.
The Spa & Gym are lovely. A very well equipped gym with lots of space. Two steam rooms and two saunas.
Food in the restaurant is good, but expensive and the portions are too small for a hungry man, especially one who who's been using the gym.
UPDATE: wi-fi was poor or no existent in three of the four rooms I stayed in. All rooms finished to a good standard and well sized. Bathrooms clean and tidy but a mixture of ages and some odd fixture and layout choices.

Great place. So relaxing. Helpful friendly staff, would recommend and will be staying again. The food in the restaurant was lovely too, as was the gentleman playing the keyboard, he was great and a nice little touch.

Not stayed at the hotel nor visited the spa facilities yet but the overall impression ftom the reception & staff was very good.
The Last Drop complex looks really nice & quaint but could do with a little extras to make it even nicer e.g. info about the history of the place & some old examples of carriages etc to take one more back in time which is fitting with the age & history of some of the buildings.
