My points
First, the price was affordable. Second, the hygiene is very good. And the room was clean. Third, easy to park my car. Forth, the lounge was nice and spacious. Fifth, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were nice and the view was great
First, I was surprised that the booking didn't include breakfast! I've been to many B&B and all of them included breakfast at least! You could have added a bit more to the price and included breakfast. Second, the bed was not comfortable in the sense of the noise it made each time I moved! Third, two or three times I had to wait at the reception office because no one was there.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. The food was nice of an evening but i wasnt overly keen on the sausages at breakfast, these tasted a bit fatty and were not a great sausage for a breakfast i think slightly better quality on these might be a good idea.

We stayed 2 days and breakfast was fine on day 1 - delivered quickly and service was efficient. on day 2 we had to ask for coffee on 3 occasions before it was delivered and then no one took our breakfast order despite 3 requests. When eventually the order came out it was delivered to the wrong table. There were 4 of us eating together and 2 breakfasts were then moved between tables but the other 2 had already begun being eaten by the guests on the other table. The waiter said he would get 2 new breakfasts done quickly by the chef. The new breakfasts finally arrived (after yet another reminder) but the whole thing took 45 minutes.

Bar prices too steep. Restaurant menu ordinary & uninspiring and much the same offerings as everywhere else. This was a wasted opportunity, when The Drop could take the initiative to be special, innovative and plough their own furrow. We were shocked and annoyed to see people in the bar dressed in white towelling robes and slippers. This is not appropriate in the evenings at all. After 6pm, The Last Drop Inn Bar should be "smart casual". Take the higher ground and adopt a Cunard Line dress code and keep things exclusive please. The evenings at The Drop should be special, meaningful and glamorous.

I ran the shower, and the tap, and the bath for a full 10 minutes (sorry planet) and still nothing, not even a hint of warm.
I would like to say I had chance to complain at checkout but instead I was gruffly told the outstanding balance and handed my invoice. The words 'how was your stay?' weren't even close to the lips of the guy on the front desk.

We had a fantastic night here and wish it was longer. From walking through the door, the reception staff were very helpful, the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, as where the breakfast staff. Our room was a cottage room, good size with a lovely bathroom, and spotlessly clean. We noticed a man walking around talking to guest and being very friendly, we presumed it was the manager, and were impressed by this. The Spa and swimming facilities where fantastic and also very clean, cant wait to return

Stay last weekend and would recommend to one and all. We stayed in an executive suite had use of the Spa facilities, evening meal was superb as was breakfast, will definitely be back again. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

There was an accident in the dining room my elderly brother in law didn’t notice there was a step between double doors connecting the two half’s of the restaurant. Fortunately he was only bruised and had blood bleeding from his nose. I feel there should be more done to stop it happening again ! ASAP

couple getaway
how close the hotel is to the city. the facilities available etc spa pool. the staff where very polite and accommodating, breakfast where great value for money.
the only niggle is the grouting around the bath looked as if it was moulding

Such a beautiful place. The staff is friendly. There are different saunas to choose from and also a thermal pool. There is a gym a swimming pool for people who want to exercise. The place is very comfortable. Great for families or couples. It also has a limited vegan menu.

Stayed the night with breakfast and dinner included in the price we paid see groupon. The relaxation area was very good especially the hydropool. Thought the beer a little expensive at £6 a pint. The dinner menu had a limited selection.

After two attempts of getting married abroad due to COVID, we chose to become married at the Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa Bolton, and we are ever so glad we did (minus the UK weather!) Our wedding planner Liz (Elizabeth Blackmore) [liz.blackmore@lastdropvillage.co.uk] spent the time with us, indepth gathering our requirements and effortless performed the best wedding that we are both really happy, and proud of, The whole day was so special, and Liz and the team did everything possible to ensure our day went to extreme precision and the highest possible standard. All the staff we friendly and welcomming and we want to say a huge THANKYOU from the CAFFERKY family x You did amazing! Well Done! I would highly recommend Liz, the staff and Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa, You made us so happy and so proud! 30/10 Well Done !!! x

Booked a night stay to relax and unwind but left feeling abit deflated. No one on check in desk, waited to be seen. We had already checked in online but not sure what difference that made. We were not informed about adding credit to the room to enable us to have a bar tab for the night. The room was basic but appeared relatively clean. No hotel information in the rooms or room service menu. Rang room service at 23:00 twice and reception twice but no answer on either line. I went down to reception to order a hot drink and snacks, no one on reception at all, so I went to the hotel bar and got the drinks but no biscuits, crisps, only a small packet of nuts. I went back to the room, hungry and disappointed. We had massages booked at the spa the following morning, the therapists and treatments were pleasant. The staff member on spa reception greeted us with a warm welcome and friendly smile, the best of the weekend. However, the ambience was very fraught and busy, not sure I'd call it a relaxation room. I felt uncomfortable being sat in my clothes awaiting a spa treatment. I expected a robe and slippers and be able to lock my belongings away not have to carry them with me. We left immediately after our treatments due to feeling uncomfortable. The spa felt very busy and overbooked. We paid for 2 massages at 30 mins each but we were finished in under that. Although we had a nice time in each others company, we won't be rushing to come back.

Arrived at the hotel quite late after a 5hour drive, nice friendly staff to greet us. Nice touch with free drink and £10 food/drink voucher. Our only issue is that we had requested disabled access and this was ignored. Placed in a room at the far end of complex

hotels are hotels but this place I must admit is like a mini break. I will certainly be booking here in the future.

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The kitchen staff were already great during breakfast and dinner. Amenities such as various different saunas were fantastic. The only suggestion I would make is a greater collection to choose from for the gift shop.
