The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. We travelled with our dog to visit family for the weekend. Friendly staff and a lovely touch of a free glass of wine for booking direct. Definitely would recommend and we will be returning when visiting family again.

My husband and I would like to thank everyone at the last drop from the bottom of my heart for my wedding a week ago! Jacqueline was absolutely amazing (even the night before when they had to move all the furniture around at our request!) nothing was too much trouble. The wedding was an absolute fairytale ! Staff could not do enough for us! As the wedding had already been cancelled twice I was very anxious but Jacqueline was very reassuring. Zoe was great throughout the day too, even the hotel manager came to check everything was ok. The staff, decorations and food was great and I can’t really put into words how amazing you all are .

Great Hotel and Spa.... But find somewhere else for breakfast
The hotel, room and facilities were all great.
The breakfast was possibly the worst we have ever had. Really disappointed and certainly not worth the money. Food had obviously been cooked a long time prior and kept warm. Black pudding was like rock... Staff were not friendly and seemed annoyed to be there.

I last stayed at Last Drop in 2016 and thought the hotel was pretty tired. I run a business nearby and needed somewhere for the night of our Xmas do so thought I would give this another go and I have to say it has been transformed and I understand a further programme of improvements is underway. Staff were great and the breakfast spot on. I was upgraded to a suite which was a very nice room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Pleasant enough; would use again for work
Clean, good sized room and bathroom; tea/coffee making facilities provided and a nice quiet location and comfortable bed.
Directions to drive around to Room 48. Tired after a long drive and had to ring reception twice to understand how to get from outside reception round to the car park nearest to the room. Car park signage could be much improved.

The Last Drop Village was a wonderful location for my daughter’s wedding. The staff could not do enough for us to make the day very special. The wedding was put off twice because of the pandemic and it was extra special when we were able to hold it.

The value for money and having use of the spa facilities. We ate in the restaurant which was good value for money and waiting staff were wearing masks. Sadly my main course was a little cold, as though it had been sat waiting to be served. The breakfast was good we ordered expecting the cooked breakfast to come after we had eaten our cereal but it was served before we got back to our table, so was almost cold when eating it. It was good to see hand sanitizer dispensers around the building but sadly none with hand sanitizer in them good job we carry our own.
That there were plenty of hand sanitizer dispensers around the building but none of them had sanitizer in them all seemed to be empty. There were very few people wearing face masks in compares including hotel staff.

Once again we had our work Christmas Party and stayed over, bar last year this will be the 4th year. The room was clean and a decent size, we had a family room for 3 adults. We used the Spa which was amazing and enjoyed some treatments. I have stayed here several times and have never had any issues. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Had a fantastic night, the meal was lovely, the atmosphere was brilliant, but most of all the staff was curtious and kind ,couldn't have chosen a better place. Especially Matty, Jack and Lewis behind the bar were brilliant all night .

When me and my now husband originally visited the Last Drop Village Spa & Hotel we instantly fell in love. With the amazing staff who greeted us with friendly smiles from the moment we stepped into reception. The amazing ladies who helped us plan our wedding (specifically Liz and Jacqueline) were absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our special day, answering our many many questions and ensuring we had the best day possible. We also had a master of ceremonies during the whole day who made sure our day was perfect. We are so grateful that every one of our wishes were respected and our whole day went even better than we could ever have imagined. We will forever remember our amazing day, the best wedding ever, all thanks to the amazing people at the last drop!

Stayed in Room 303. Fabulous from beginning to end. Staff lovely and pleasant. Clean facilities. Food lovely . However hotel needs to employ more staff at bar and in restaurants. Staff overwhelmed by workload

Stayed her for our anniversary on 11/7/21 , we found the room clean but dated , our king size bed was 2 single mattress put together which made the bed lumpy ….but apart from that our stay was lovely , the spa and the treatments were nice but the best bit of the stay was the food which was outstanding,also the breakfast was very good and a lot of choice !
The bar is open till 4 am but could do with some music on in the back ground , we did ask but was told by bar manager they didn’t have a license for that . We would definitely go back again but see about upgrading the room .

Where do I start. I honestly don't think my words can do Last Drop Village justice.
I'm going to start with the Wedding Co-Ordinator Jacqueline and her department. You were amazing, you looked after me from the moment we booked to the moment I left a married woman. You saw me through 2 postponements due to COVID, you put me at ease and nothing was too big or too small to help with.
Everyone played a huge part in making our wedding there superb. From the lovely ladies on reception to the restaurant staff who went out their way to make room for last minute reservations from our wedding guests the night before to the kind women who dressed our bridal suite, beautiful.
All the staff who worked our wedding, I will never forget everything you did for us. You didn't treat us like just another wedding, you made it personal.
Finally the General Manager, absolute legend.

The hotel was lovely, room was just what we were after with plenty of space and very comfortable. Breakfast each moring was well organised and just what we were after. The hotel itself is also very nice and plenty of space to walk around the village with what would have been lovely views from our room if the weather hadn't been so poor. The spa facilities that were included were great and made use of these during our stay. We would definitely come back again.
Had a problem with the room keys on our 2nd night, both were cancelled mid evening and as in another block required walking round to the front of hotel in order to get a new key sorted.

Stayed at The Last Drop Inn for one night. Our offer included evening meal, breakfast & use of the Spa facilities. (Treatments not included) Our room was in The Courtyard no complaints with this. The hotel did appear to have a few guests staying, however didn’t feel overcrowded in the bar, & SPA areas. We pre booked for our evening meal & breakfast & again restaurant areas didn’t seem overcrowded which was nice. A lovely night away after being at home for 2 years. Would recommend & return again.
