It was a wel deserved break and set me up for working toward xmas
Breakfast was hot and fresh and there was plenty also I did not feel rushed and had plenty of room without other guest close by .

Very clean, leisure facility A1+ very friendly staff, great value for money, evening meal was superb, young staff waiting on the tables very attentive and polite. Would have no problems stayng again....

The general feel is oldy worldy with a little set of old buildings converted y the hotel into the feel of small village, whilst the rooms are comfortable with good tv and Wi-Fi facilities.
The leisure facilities have a totally different feel, they are modern spacious and excellent and the staff and managers are friendly and helpful.

All in all we were very impressed by the polite professionalism of all staff we encountered.
Ordered 2 vegan cooked breakfast but only one came. Honest mistake, and service was always courteous. 2nd day breakfast tea that was ordered was forgotten. Staff personally sorted the situation. In these circumstances I give them full credit because all effort was made for us.
Unfortunately the bath in our executive room did not look too clean, and my wife refused to take a bath in it.

Didn't get chance to experience much as at a wedding all day and only returned to the hotel at 2am. That said the rooms were comfortable the staff friendly and brunch in the bar after 10am was good.
Son had breakfast in the restaurant but didn't think it offered value for money (£16.50), for food that wasn't hot and freshly prepared.
Would recommend eating after 10am in the bar when you can access the brunch menu of breakfast sandwiches, with tea and coffee for a more reasonable price.

I hope to return in the summer. The view from the room was stunning. I would have liked to have a good look around the whole of the site.I am thinking of staying for a couple of days in the summer of 2022.

After looking for a good while to visit a spa for me and partner (her 50th birthday).We decided to go to Last Drop.
On entry to Village was not too impressed.Giant crane and several new houses getting built around the Village itself.I expected trees grassy areas etc not the middle of a building site.But we commenced to reception and met by a lady called Emma.After her putting us in what I thought was a unsatisfactory room for our occasion she moved us to a much larger room of which I was very grateful. I booked my partner for facial and massage and myself for massage.My masseur was a lovely lady called "Mini" who was very professional but friendly as we chatted.I do talk for England but she engaged.My partner was very happy with her treatments also.Meals were lovely looked after by Lake and the staff.They were brilliant chatting and joking but very professional also.Drinks after at the bar was nice also.
Spa itself was excellent.pool was lovely,steam,sauna excellent but heated pool was really good apart from looking out at several workmen...Mrs didnt seem to mind.Overall everything was brilliant and am looking to book again very soon.

Spa break with friends, had a lovely time catching up with friends and using the spa facilities. Excellent dinner and breakfast, rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff on the whole were excellent, helpful and friendly.

Since our previous visit several years ago the en-suites have been refurbished to a high standard which is a great improvement. Bedrooms lovely and warm with plenty of hot water. Reception area refurbished too, a great benefit. Didn’t have opportunity to use the pool this time; will do next visit!

Me and my family came and stayed in two rooms they were both very clean food was excellent the service was excellent the staff were very friendly and the hydro pool and swimming pools we’re just a real treat

We stayed in the Facility for 1 night on Nov. 1st.
The hotel and village is really nice.
Unfortunately i think the cleaning needs to be taken a lot more serious. Toilets are really clean, but the stains,dirt and dust in the rooms (on sofa and carpet) can really put u off as it is the first thing you notice when walking in.
Staff is amazing, dinner was lovely and breakfast aswell. Special mention to the waiters in the restaurant (all very young aged staff) but they doing their best and they are really attentive.

limited parking!!! room not cleaned to a standard expected for cost of stay. bath room window sill dirty (pictures can be provided) bathroom extract fan looks like it’s never been cleaned (pics can be provided) no back on tv remote. toilet cistern still has stickers on that should be removed after installation.

Had a breakaway here, the spa is fantastic especially the thermal pool on a cold day. the rooms are clean and the beds are so comfy, the restaurant is really nice and a good choice of food, definitely recommend staying here
