My daughter Katrina treated me. Our Beauty treatment with Lydia was perfect. She was very professional. And we we're so relaxed. Our Afternoon tea was amazing. Definitely first class from start to finish. Also took cake home. The management and staff are a credit to the Hotel. Definitely going back.

Overall ok, but overpriced drinks and food and water being off ruined it.
The water went off twice during the evening of our stay. My partner was in the shower at the time and it took 25 minutes before it came back on. He was freezing. It took my 3 times to get through at reception and the person just kept saying it will be 10 minutes each time. We were there for a wedding and so it made us late. The prices for drinks and food were extortionate as well, never been to a wedding venue where the drinks were that expensive.

Stayed here for one night after a flight delay. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are also lovely with an infinity pool. We had dinner and breakfast both were delicious. Would recommend.

Stayed one night B&B and couldn’t fault this place, lovely clean room, very clean bathroom, slept like a log in a very big very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely with a big choice, all served by lovely attentive staff. Will certainly stay again.

Peaceful retreat, nice village attached to the hotel.relaxing leisure facilities, big hot spa, many sauna type choices and excellent size pool. Dined in the restaurant, great food quality in the main restaurant and excellent service from waitress and Harvey (well done for attention to detail). Not far from Railway station (Bromley Cross Station).

Lovely place to stay!
Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the spa/sauna pool area is amazing with a beautiful view. Staff were all great. Lovely place to stay!

The receptionist who dealt with us was very helpful, she made sure we had a room away from the noise that may of occurred with a wedding going on etc. This was very thoughtful, loved the spa ! Room was beautiful

Had been looking forward to staying at The Last Drop while visiting relatives in the area. Beautiful surroundings, hotel and room were clean, pool and spa excellent. Nice touch that lovely fluffy bathrobes were in our room which we used when using the pool on our second day. Unfortunately these had been removed when we returned later in the day, presumably by the maid while cleaning our room. Asked reception to kindly replace, however this wasn't done. Beware anyone with a Tastecard, the restaurant manager said we needed to book for a meal, 24hours in advance, even for a snack in the tea shop! When we questioned this he said he would honour it 'this time'. We had also booked for evening meal in the restaurant with 4hours notice, but he sent a staff member to tell us we had to dine in the bar area, even though the restaurant was virtually empty! We were less than impressed with his manner. Overall, our stay at this beautiful place was spoilt by his attitude and a few other less than helpful staff members. We will not be returning.

I stay here every 2 months for a couple of nights. I normally have a really nice room . Sadly this time the room was not too clean, it was very small and the window in the bathroom was a mess . The receptionist were super lovely, as always.Friendly,caring and professional. I had travelled from France for Grandma's funeral.

When visiting family there, we would stay again.
The location, Bromley Crossings, was great to spend time with family who live very close. It is a very quaint hotel in a beautiful setting. Our room was modern and on the main floor. Enjoyed the large indoor swimming pool.
The towels were not white as they should have been. The room was not vacuumed daily. The toiletries were not refreshed daily. The last evening we arrived in the room and there were no towels. A call to the front desk fixed that. The towels were delivered in a heap, not folded as one would expect.

Good stay. Service and food in bar and restaurant attentive and pleasant. Tidy and clean room. Pool, spa and infinity pool relaxing. Just a pity trees and built up area has diminished the great view you used to get from the infinity pool.
The downside was the greeting on arrival. Michelle was dismissive and 'you can't check in until 2pm' was agressive. There was no 'unfortunately your room isn't ready yet, but please feel free to have a drink in the bar or use the spa facilities...' which would have been a much better greeting. Drinks are very expensive but overall a great stay

The pool and spa facilities were excellent. Beautiful location.
While some staff were friendly and helpful, not all were. Bathrobes were removed by maid when room was cleaned. Told reception staff and requested replacements as we wanted to use the pool later. Unfortunately didn't happen.

We stayed at the last drop hotel due to friends getting married close by. When we arrived it was a fuss free check in, rooms were beautiful and it was such a gorgeous location.
We decided to make the most of our stay and book in to the spa whilst there as it was discounted. We had a back, neck and shoulder massage booked in with Zara and Sam. We could only stretch to the 25 minute treatment but they were amazing and really helped get rid of the tension built up in our shoulders. Would definitely come back again to book with the same ladies as couldn’t recommend them enough!
Both overnight stay and spa was slightly pricey (which were gutted about as would love to do it more often) but all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

I was totally happy and amazed with the outstanding service we received from the staff. Being the bride I was overly pampered and the groom was relaxed. All our friends and family enjoyed the day and the food was lovely. I have recommended Jacqueline to anyone who is interested in a wedding!

We stayed at the hotel whilst attending a wedding locally.
There were many members of the wedding party at the hotel and we pretty much took over the bar on the Friday night and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
The breakfast staff were friendly and efficient and the food hot and delicious.
The staff in the spa were friendly and extremely helpful.
Our room was clean and welcoming and the housekeeping staff were excellent.
I cannot praise this hotel enough and would highly recommend it.

We stayed for a friend’s wedding. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is quaint and the room was comfortable and clean, the shower was really good. The only downside is the walls/ceilings between rooms must be very thin. The room above us obviously enjoyed a few drinks into the small hours and we were kept awake by their conversation, footsteps above (and subsequent vomiting at 5:30am) I don’t think they were being excessively loud but it sounded like they were in our bathroom, not an entirely different room. I’d recommend earplugs for a good nights sleep if you’re not planning on partying yourselves

The Penny Farthing Suite was absolutely stunning and the perfect location for our big day.
Our Wedding Coordinator, Tara, was fantastic all the way through the planning and on the day. She answered all our questions and dealt with our last minute changes without stress, making us feel so much more relaxed. The day was organised to perfection and we couldn’t thank Tara enough :)
On the day, Nasa was amazing at keeping everything organised and making sure we had a great time. He was relaxed and made us laugh throughout the day 😊
All the waiters and bar staff were friendly and great throughout the whole day and all our guests have commented on how great the staff were.

Spa facilities excellent & the bar was very good. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly.
The tea did not open until 10am for breakfast. It would have been more convenient if it had opened a little earlier.
