Just had a fabulous time at our friends Darren and Krishnans wedding. The service and catering were great, wedding breakfast and set out of the room couldnt fault. Spent the night room clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was good and varied once again the service was polite pleasant and efficient. Would definatly go there again

The rooms were very clean, bed comfatable, just needed more tea and coffee extras, rang down to reception at 12.05am to ask for more. 45 mins later not heard anything? Was just about to ring reception again but decided to check the door upon finding outside in the corridor our extra tea and milk, just thought they could have knocked on to let us know they were there instead of us waiting?
The evening meal was amazing, cooked as requested. But had to ask for the sweets as we had to wait over half an hour to get them.
The buffet breakfast was very nice with mixed up menu, cereal, pastries, yoghurt fresh fruit and juices and cooked breakfast.
I didn't use the spa, but my family did and said the pool area was realy good, just expensive on the treatments. We had a great time, it was nice to have a family break away. Would recommend to others and would go back.

Party of eight stayed here. Seven out of eight of us slept poorly. I could hear doors slamming at 6am. The rooms felt quite tired to be honest. Staff were excellent and very friendly. I really liked the bar area.
Sadly would not return.

Lovely place, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to get away for a night or two and relax. Friendly staff, great facilities & a lovely area to go on a relaxing walk.
I've booked our wedding reception here, they have great packages and are very accommodating when it to a bespoke approach.

Great hotel. Stayed here for the first time a good few years ago and once again in June 2019. Amazing to see such standards maintained. The only thing that I didn’t like but not necessarily the fault of the hotel is that there is construction next door so when in the outdoor infinity spa pool, can see and hear tractors.

Good stay overall. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was good, but verging on expensive for the quality and menu choice. Bedroom was clean and comfortable, but bathroom in need of a refurb. Poor shower with temperamental temperature regulation, and tile grouting is black with mould.

The Last Drop Village is set in lovely surroundings, check in was easy, staff on reception friendly, welcoming and professional. I am recovering from a broken foot so enquired about the vicinity of our room to the venue and parking, we were offered a room in the cottages next to "The Drop" venue and parking (free) which was a perfect location.
We had room 83 Belmont Cottage, the bedroom was actually more like a suite, with an entrance hall, dressing room with dressing table and chair, hairdryer and iron, a large bathroom with in bath shower and toiletries, a large bedroom with a very comfy king-size bed and a large single bed. The bedroom also had a coffee table and chairs and kettle with tea and coffee. All was tastefully decorated clean and very comfortable. Only down side to the otherwise perfect accomadation was no complementary biscuit to have with hot drinks and loud noise from party goers until around 1.40am.
The evening venue was in The Drop, this was set out like a pub with tables and chairs and a food serving bar, another room is attached with a drinks bar, seating and a dancefloor.
It's functional and looked like a dated country pub.
The food being served was a let down for me, I am vegetarian and the sandwiches were cut into triangles in rows of mixed meat and non meat and the bread was not fresh, the pizza and chips were both poor quality frozen and overcoooked. I totally understand that the hotel has to work within the customers budget but there is no excuse for poor cooking, and food presentation.
The spa is free to use for hotel guests, unfortunately we didn't have time to use but our friends did and said they really enjoyed it.
As we stayed Saturday night the Sunday breakfast was served from 7.30 - 11am. A hot traditional and continental buffet with a good fruit, cerial and bread selection as as much as you could eat. My husband and I have regular weekends away so we think we are good judges of breakfasts, and we both said breakfast was as good as any we have had previously if not better. Breakfast was very busy with guests but this did not make a difference, it all ran like clockwork. The staff were amazing, service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The food was hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful.
I would love to stay again but would eat before a party to avoid disappoint ment.

If the staff were friendly I would of rated 5 stars. However the staff were extremely rude in the breakfast room and took 15 minutes to take our order and when we went to check out the young girl on the desk was very short with no eye contact. A shame as the rooms and facilities are great

Nice little independent shops, ie. clothes, bakers, gifts etc. However, pubs scruffy and dated and feels cold, both in atmosphere and temperature. May look better at night when you can't see it properly. Disappointed in how they've let it go. Lots of building work going on up the main drive, don't know what they're building but think that it'll take away the kirb appeal, shame as it was such a nice place.

Visited the spa facilities here. Very well organised, lovely treatment rooms and helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Access to pool, thermal pool and sauna rooms after spa treatments if you wish. Decent lunch included in spa day and separate dining room so you dont have to change out of the provided robe. Only suggestion would be to add a bit of fabric softener when washing the robes they are a bit scratchy! Otherwise a fab day.

Spare facilities are great and really enjoy coming here. Me and the Mrs live in Manchester and now use the facilities fortnightly. The outdoor heated pool is my favorite part and could spend hours in there although the recommended time limit is 15 mins. Well worth a visit only let down by the Afternoon Tea which is very overpriced and is TERRIBLE!!!

Nice hotel & decent breakfast. Food and drinks are pretty expensive. The Spa facilities are a bit tired and kind of shoved to the side. You're also only allowed to use the relaxation rooms if you've had a treatment, and it's a bit off putting how the infinity pool overlooks the car park.
TLDR; nice hotel, spa seems to be an after thought, food and drinks a little on the expensive side.

Accommodation very good, Spa area brilliant Restaurant ok but expensive. We had an inclusive 3 course meal which was acceptable but upgraded steaks at plus £9 for a small sirloin instead of a rump we thought ott. Overall very good and we would be very happy to return.

Best Spa around. A very hot rock sauna at between 80 and 90 degrees, with a second sauna at 70 degrees. Also has 2 steam rooms and a salt room.
The gym is being kept on top of with equipment being updated regularly.

Great relaxing delayed Christmas treat. Few issues regarding tardiness with some guests meals, but we were okay. Relaxing spa, comfy room and good deals.

I made a last minute reservation. They were excellent. The room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Food in the restaurant was good, with a good choice of wines.

Second visit and it was full and service wasn't as spot on as last visit think over stretched. Also as surprise as was husband's Christmas present organized bottle of prosecco however in front of husband as checking in girl called Emma on reception said bottle of prosecco needs to be paid £27.50 please which was most dissapointing and spoilt surprise not great customer service. Rest of visit lovely but did spoil it a bit this time ☹

We attended the fire works display and fun fair.
It was very good, great the kids and adults.
A tad expensive on thebrides and entry was on the steep side but I suppose they have to make some.money back.

Went on the thermal journey here. Lots of different spa rooms at different heat. Do the rooms in the right order and you will feel the benefits later. Very relaxing.

Lovely hotel we had a family room at it was nice and spacious a nice big flat screen allowing mirroring the was Carolers in the lobby which was lovely the only down side of the hotel was the tray service there was 4 of us so if we ordered room service the tray charge would of been £20 plus your food bill which is a bit excessive we thought the pool was nice tho we would definitely recommend this to others

Not only is the location, rooms and building nice but the facilities on offer are beyond amazing as well. The spa and pools are rejuvenating and the restaurant has a wide range of options. Kinda expensive but it's a boujee hotel so it's ok because you get what you pay for.
