Lovely hotel we had a family room at it was nice and spacious a nice big flat screen allowing mirroring the was Carolers in the lobby which was lovely the only down side of the hotel was the tray service there was 4 of us so if we ordered room service the tray charge would of been £20 plus your food bill which is a bit excessive we thought the pool was nice tho we would definitely recommend this to others

Not only is the location, rooms and building nice but the facilities on offer are beyond amazing as well. The spa and pools are rejuvenating and the restaurant has a wide range of options. Kinda expensive but it's a boujee hotel so it's ok because you get what you pay for.

Love it here staff are friendly and facilities are generally clean however a little bit more attention to detail from cleaning staff would make it perfect (corners in changing rooms are often full of dirt as though it has been swept there and left)

Attended a wedding at this venue and overnight stay. Was very impressed with the organisation and professionalism. It was a lovely weekend and the staff were very friendly.

We got married here. Very nice for weddings, parties etc but also nice to visit & have lunch or just a drink. A few nice shops too.

Stopped off for a visit to the Last Drop Village for a browse round shops and a late lunch , quite a few of shops closed which was a shame , food at the hotel was very nice , I had the Lamb Kofta and friend had the steak which should have come with a peppercorn sauce , they had forgotten it , was pointed out to member of staff who went to rectify , did take a while to bring out but was very enjoyable once it arrived to accompany her steak , staff were very friendly and polite , restroom spotless will def be back

We had a voucher spa day here with lunch and two treatments in the spa.Hotel its self a bit dated as was changing rooms and pool area.Large pool,also saunas and a heated infinity pool looking outside.Lunch ok,small salad,and treatments very professional and enjoyable ,all in all good value,but prob would not pay full price.Staff very helpful..still had a good day

Very pleasant overnight stay with spa facilities. Two course evening meal and full English breakfast in deal. Can highly recommend 😊

Quite a distinctive venue, like a small village without homes. Prices a bit steep so not much of a resident clientele, more an events venue.

Enjoyed the Mind, Body, Spirit Fayre here, lovely surroundings and a well organised event. Lunch was delicious too, I had the carvery 😁

Went here for a wedding . Drinks very very expensive. 2 coke's 3.70 each and they were flat and watered down.

Nice stay but couldn't believe you cant use spar facilities after your stay . Every other hotel we stayed in let's you and we normally make a day of it by having a meal but their loss
