Visited 26th July. Booked in for SPA treatment. Hero treatment -back, scalp and facial. Met by Leanne my beauty therapist. From the moment I arrived and left Leanne was very warm and welcoming. I have had many massages, facials ect in uk and abroad. However, I believe this was the best one I have ever had by far. Simply because Leanne instinctively knew where my knots and stress was and actually managed to release and relief those areas. Her technique was meaningful and did not feel that it was "another routine massage for the next customer" I actually dozed off and again another 1st for me. X

I always use this hotel when visiting this area as it is a nice comfortable stay, quiet and good food. On this last occasion i visited i would recommend that you do not book room 59 or any along here as its the main corridor to the new building and all night you hear people going back and forth including anyone in the courtyard. Some residents also thought it was funny to knock peoples door and run off 1am in the morning

Would visit again great value for money Lovely place loved the set up ans scenery 😀 Spa facilities so good 👍 so relaxing Breakfast was second to none, 11am check out was great as gave time for morning spa. Great stay On checking in no advise on facilities or times of breakfast or where things were such as spa, Squeaky floor boards in bedroom Carpet was looking a little shabby, a lick of paint in room is due especially near widow as black bits, room was to warm a fan would have helped, thinner duvet for winter, 2pm check would be better than 3pm

This was not our first stay at Last Drop Village and I can safely say that we have enjoyed every experience. The spa is really worth the visit and the suite was fantastic and so comfy. We took our dog with us and found it to be even more accommodating with more area's accessible with our little dog.

There are a few nice little shops within the complex and the food at both the hotel bar and pub were great. The bar only had certain area's for our dog but we could grab lunch and the pub was fully dog friendly.

We didnt access the gym or spa treatments but they looked amazing. We will look in to them next time we visit.

gorgeous location, beautiful and relaxing gorgeous buildings. beautiful heated pool area, grounds were beautiful, there ground floor carpets and squeaky floors were a let down heading towards the executive building. we’re not the same standard as the rest of the building.

Very good Friendly helpful staff, good facilities, interesting layout. Room was a bit tired, marks on carpet (cigarette burns?), Hook missing from bathroom door (screw holes left) meaning not enough room for towels, 2 towels put in bath for washing were folded back up and left wet on bed. Not enough staff checking hydropool area, meant that people were using phones to photo in pool and one person was VAPING with no staff to check

The hotel was as presented on the website. it was clean and comfortable in our classic room and the staff were super, so helpful and friendly. only downside were the uncomfortable pillows. Other than that everything was spot on

I am a regular guest and repeated reviewer.
When I check in the receptionist now has a list of rooms I should NOT be offered, makes me sound like a complaint. In fact if they could improve I'd raise the flag!

Checked in for a single night. Needed a warm shower, nothing too much to expect of the leading Spa hotel in Bolton. WRONG, again no hot water. I should have simply gone to the Leisure facility.
When I raised my disappointment, around 10pm, asking if things could improve by morning I got a knock at the bedroom door and a waiter, not an engineer, ran my sink tap until warm, nay tepid water ran through. "Problem solved" he politely offered, "takes time for the water to get to this wing". Certainly does, though the temperature was very similar to the beer I'd drunk at 6pm and a long way from a desirable scrub up.

Same in the morning. TBH I can't be RSD to discuss further.

Recommendation, go to the Leisure Club if you want Hot water

As the title says there is so little choice in Bolton I fear it's fait accompli
